I booked Italiana Hotels at a very high price of almost € 400/ — per day for the Milan Furniture Fair. My first experience at arrival at 1900 hrs yesterday was that their software was down so they couldn’t generate key cards. Had to wait for a good 35 mins after a long tiring day to get room! Then asked for my clothes to be pressed and their laundry was closed! Asked for an Iron in room and they send a antiquated model which is not even a steam iron. Then I figure that iron doesn’t work either. The receptionist was not able to send a working iron or get my clothes pressed from their laundry since it’s outsourced. As a result I’m going in my jeans & Tshirt for a business Exhibition! Having stayed at 1000s of luxury hotels who invite me as their guest, the 4 Star Italiana Hotel Milan Rho clearly stands out as one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. I would highly recommend people to avoid it! My rating for the hotel is — 4 Stars!

We slept in a room with the cold heating with a one-month-old girl, after reporting the problem, we were told that they would fix it, but in the end they did not solve the problem and we were not even contacted! At night you could hear the noises of the trains! I don't recommend it! Bad presentation at the entrance, as frosty as the outside! We hope that receptionists (who wore vests) will be paid three times as much as their colleagues at other hotels!
