Nice rooms and view, friendly satff, but the breakfast room isn't clean.

Nice hotel. But not a nice place. Also the don't have a lot of facilities, it's just a long straight hall whit a lobby.

Spacious rooms, modern style, free parking. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special. The personnel is very kind and ready to help. The lake is close and within walking distance. A few restaurants are in the vicinity, but for trips to visit Varese or other cultural activities a car is basically a must-have. Overall, a good place for a one night stop-over or business trips.

Great Hotel, cleanliness and courtesy. All in all to recommend. Only out of the way the restaurant, excellent as quality but not quite capacent for all guests. I had to look elsewhere because it was always complete.

Good attention to the customer. The rooms and the breakfast are great. For the main meals there are restaurants in the area great and very close.

Very nice Hotel, modern. Spacious and comfortable rooms, large garden. The vote you check for dinner and six. 5, excellent first but not yummy the appetizers a poor quality price. The organization of the staff is the real point of disfavour of this hotel. There was only one girl who cared about both the bar and the reception. With consequent expectations for both services.
He probably would have gained one more star in the high season.

Aesthetically beautiful and modern place. The rooms are nice and clean. The spacious and welcoming reception with a bar at your fingertips. Convenient and accessible parking. Advice if in the area.

This hotel provides everything required however lacks character or much of an ambiance. The bar area along with any atmosphere is lost within the large foyer/reception. There is breakfast available but no other meals are catered for. The staff are very helpful and will even provide bikes for riding about Lake Varese!

A nice comfortable hotel, clean, with a modern décor although not researched, and spacious rooms. At the reception they are always very nice and friendly. Great breakfast, usually included in the room rate. The hotel is in a nice location, quiet, in the greenery, a short distance from the lake and from Varese. I have been a few times for work and I have always been good.

Nice hotel, relatively basic room but with half of the room parking right in front of it. So almost like a motel.

Was here for a two week business trip. Nice rooms. Good service. Only issues I had were the lack of a gym and the Wi-Fi was a issue. Only lasted for 4 days at a time and sometimes the passwords didn't work after a day of use.

Looks like good, but at the end of the day the structures are made of cheap materials, and the bartenders are nice but not able to do the job.

The room are really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hotel is surrounded by green, by the main road is not too far. WIfi was ok. Not much space to store clothes. Just a few hangers, but I believe the clients are mostly people attending meetings and conferences. You can park your car just outside of your room, which can be a plus for someone.

Newly built and modernly designed hotel in the countryside. Not far from Malpensa Airport, we used after a night flight. The area is very quiet and remote — so a car is needed to get around.

Perfect, really nice hotel.
The hotel extends over one floor which makes it quiet (and no noises from upstairs as usually happens)
The rooms are really spacious, including TV and sky decoder, the shower has a rain shower, friendly staff. But the highlight is the kitchen, the breakfast is very rich with food for every genre is the restaurant for dinner is sublime, great food and high quality.
Highly recommended!

Stayed here as part of our guided tour of Italy. Best hotel ever. I will stay there the next time I am in Capolago. We had a great time biking around the lake, and the park always had something going on. The room was large, and well kept. Breakfast and dinner were amazing compare to all the other hotels we stayed. Highly Recommend.
