Ok hotel for one night. Stayed here to be close to MXP for a 6am departure. Hotel website says they have a courtesy airport shuttle but they charge for it, and charge extra for early morning shuttle. Easier to walk to the free bus that circles the terminals a few blocks away. Room was clean, nothing special.

The hotel very close to terminal, but for bus shuttle you have to pay 4 € per person, it is not clear why it is not hotel service. It should be free! Should be hotel internal service. The room is clean and look very nice.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Milan our last night because it was close to Malpensa airport. It was very clean, good air conditioning, and a friendly staff. There was a local restaurant within walking distance that was very nice (The staff told us about it, you would not even know it was there unless you were local) be sure to ask about it. They do have a shuttle to the airport but it was also a very short drive for us to return our rental car.

Excellent location to support our departure (and also return) from Japan. Clean, modern and quiet rooms. Good shuttle service.

Huge bathroom in the room and shower very comfortable. Room OK. Excellent heating system. Sad the area around the hotel if you want to take a walk.

A good place for a short stay near the airport. Breakfast is fine, loved the spacious room. You don't hear the planes take off. One thing I would wish to have in the room is the fridge. The small neighborhood where the hotel is located is quiet and green, you can make a short walk around in the morning.

Helpful and friendly staff members. The room was clean and high tech. Lights were automatic to the room with your key card. Full bar downstairs offers decent food and sitting area. They offer a shuttle to the airport for a small fee.

Good hotel in the immediate vicinity of the airport, to which it is possible to arrive also by shuttle organized by the hotel itself. The room is nice and clean, there is possibility of a hot coffee at 6:00 and a basic breakfast from 7:00 onwards.

The breakfast was very poor, the hotel cafeteria is mediocre and close to the hotel you can only go to a van of snacks in front of you.

Clean. 2 points in Disfavour: 1st pitiful breakfast before 6; 2 º The shuttle service from/to the airport (for a fee) is approximate to say the least: we waited at the airport according to the Times declared but did not pass; Better a taxi (though much more expensive).

Hot room. When we arrived the room was 75 degrees and the thermostat only let me change it by two degrees Celsius. When I complained to the front desk they changed it to 65 in their system. It might have changed two degrees to 73. It was way too hot to be comfortable and I didn’t sleep well because I was sweating. The windows only open a sliver and if you do the air shuts off and you can hear the airplanes really loudly. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The HOTEL is located next to the airport (5 minutes). It is a nice Hotel to be on the way or stay a couple of days as much. The rooms are not very large but comfortable. Breakfast was good and they start serving it from the 6am. In the surrounding area there is almost no food at the pass, we only saw. A pizzeria about 300 meters.

Hotel was used as a stopover from the airport. Clean and functional rooms, small breakfast offer, friendly staff. The shuttle service offered (€4) runs the two terminals half-hourly.

Cheap and cheerful rooms, comfortable enough. Can get rather noisy if the windows are open. But that's to be expected next to an airport. Didn't really enjoy breakfast as the eggs and bacon smelled a bit fishy… The next few hours are going to be interesting.

Staff could not find reservation made on Expedia. They went far and beyond to get us our room with the price quoted by Expedia. Good breakfast choice. 10 min from airport. Rooms were clean.

You choose this hotel for the proximity to Malpensa. Comfortable rooms, nice reception, open 24 hours. We did not have breakfast because we had the flight very early. Great value for money.

Excellent value for money. The shuttle works very well and is punctual. The distance from the airport is minimal and in case of emergency you can also get there by foot to the airport.

This hotel was a mix of the US hotel chain and a European hotel. It was clean and the people were outstanding. I give the shower a bit lower rating, but everything else was up to par. I paid much more for a lesser hotel. Good value, good people!

A basic 3-star hotel, conveniently close to Milano Malpensa airport. Offers a free shuttle bus service to Terminal 1, but advance reservation at the reception is required. Nice, large and clean rooms. Breakfast is included, but below standard. The staff at the reception desk is professional and efficient.

Great location for those who go to the airport, to consider the offer long parking stop very advantageous compared to other parking lots. Do not take reservations and availability I think is limited, I unfortunately did not find a place but I persist the next few times.

The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. Not 5 stars because the staff was not very helpful or friendly. They were pretty rude and not totally organized. They need names and passports of everyone staying in the room.

Altogether a good hotel near the airport of Malpensa. You can get there for free with the shuttle in front of the Sheraton Hotel connecting the two terminals down to the "Case Nuove" stop in 5 minutes or with a paid shuttle at a cost of €4. The room is small but great for those who have to make a short stay. Breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Sizable room with good sized bed, big bathroom, kettle with tea and coffee, excellent service, an ok breakfast, not to mention the closeness to the airport make this a perfect airport hotel. Wish our bed and room was this good for our whole Italy vacation!

The rooms are large and very clean. The décor is functional but friendly and modern. The bathroom is bright and large. Large breakfast buffet with a large selection. Very friendly and hilfsbeteites staff. The hotel is very close to the airport, but it is still very quiet, the regular shuttle bus is reliable, costs 4. €0 per person and Ride. There is also a large parking lot on the Doorstep.
The hotel is ideal for a stay near the Airport. Really recommended and the price — performance ratio is good. I would stay there again at any Time.

The One night good Value. The rooms are accustomed to functional but pleasantly large and in the furnishing at least for a short stay completely sufficient. The breakfast is rather simple, the coffee is not famous.
Wi-fi also works reliably with VPN for Working. A good restaurant is located two streets Further.
Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel every 45 minutes, unfortunately difficult to find (at the airport arrival level, Exit 10 and then some left on the road are marked on the roadway in yellow three stops. A road map or signage with reference to the hotel is not visible, only on the bus itself).

Close to the slopes so a bit noisy (but it comes for CA No…)
Spacious rooms and own children welcome (communicating rooms and baby cot) staff at the small care that prepared us breakfast to take away as we were leaving at 4:30, before the start of the service.

Great hotel, cleanliness, comfort, near the airport.

Recommended structure. We stopped the night before the flight. The rooms are very clean and, what we highly appreciated, do not have the carpet. The room was well soundproofed outward, but the AC was a bit too noisy (however I managed to sleep well the same). Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here before out flight home, the room was nice. We had handicap room on the first floor, not sure why. The free breakfast was good they even had eggs. It got 4 stars because they charge 4 Euro's per person for the shuttle to the airport.

Clean Airport hotel with breakfast and shuttle at a fair price.

Located close to MXP, the hotel offers reasonably priced basic rooms. The neighborhood around the hotel is not what you'd expect — it's basically a big commercial building in a small neighborhood. That being said, there are a couple good, reasonably-priced restaurants within walking distance. I'd recommend this hotel if you're flying in or out of MXP and need a place to crash.

Room comfortable and clean as the bathroom. Quiet Hotel and very friendly staff. A kettle with a choice of tea is available in the room. Convenient car parking service for several days with transportation to is from the airport.

The location is strategic, just minutes from the Malpensa airport, the room was nice, clean, the bathroom functional but…
Air conditioner whose maximum temperature was 23 degrees (so or off, and in August… or on and you get a nice cold)! The breakfast was very good. An undrinkable coffee, little choice, brioche with a hint of packaging!

Very close to the airport. The Malpensa shuttle service takes you close-ish to it, and it's free. We were checked in swiftly by a guy called Noe who was very professional and funny. The room was pretty basic, clean but with very little amenities (no bottled water, shower items or anything else). Breakfast was pretty uneventful and check out was smooth. Good for a night in between flights, but nothing mind-blowing.

One-night pass. Excellent accommodation just a stone's throw from Malpensa. Modern structure and excellent general cleanliness. Comfortable and spacious room. Free shuttle bus to the airport. All perfect.

The staff is nice and helpful, free Wi-Fi both in the lobby and the room that actually is fast and works consistently (if you've been around in Italy you know what I mean), air conditioning, great breakfast. Peaceful location and close to the airport. Free bus nearby is available and paid shuttle is available. A great ending to our trip to Italy.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The room was clean and 1:1 as in the pictures.
The service and staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were able to get into the room at 10 o'clock instead of 14h. The staff was very friendly and there was no extra charge.
The breakfast was OK. I think fitting for 3sterne.
Air conditioning worked flawlessly and the room was very quiet. The bed was mega comfortable.
We found the location near the airport very convenient and very good for our trip. I was only concerned about the noise of the planes but they were totally unjustified. You could super Sleep no annoying.
To Milan 40min by car and nearby was a super restaurant which is highly recommended.
So we always like to come back to Milan.

An othentic pizzeria with a great service and great food!

Booked this hotel about almost 2 months ago. I unfortunately had to cancel this hotel (with more than a month in advance), and Holiday Inn simply rejected my request. Absolutely not recommending this hotel to anyone, as obviously customer service is not their strongest suit. Keep the money, you've lost a customer.

Nice service and breakfast. Air conditioner was not working and opening the windows made us listen to the airplanes.

Love Holiday inn expresses. But this one wouldn't let us stay the night because we left our passport in a hotel few nights back. The other places let us in just fine with our driver's licenses. Horrible customer service.

Go eat at Ristorante Samarcanda — walking distance. Excellent! Less than 5 min to drop off your rental car or take the hotel's shuttle.
