The location is nothing short of fantastic, the refuge is excellently managed and the staff is very helpful and patient. You eat well and you can spend the night since they have rooms.

The strengths? … they are all strong points from the welcome that Veronica and Giovanni reserve for you to the comfortable rooms and very well kept to the simple and genuine cuisine and with attention to detail all accompanied by a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore and the Monte Rosa massif that makes you gasp.

Antipathy and rudeness. It is not the first time that at the end of the walk we stop to eat or have a drink at the shelter, today for the second time we were refused service both at the table and to take away under the guise of I have no time/can not. The only shelter where you can't even have a hot tea.
