You are always good! this time the room is a bit small, but always very cozy!

Very difficult to find but worth it.

Location very nice and helpful staff. Quiet place and relaxing.

The worst stay in Italy … the rooms dirty, doors in bathroom were blocking they are not possible to open, the bedsheets and towels weren’t changed as policy of the FARM as we have been informed, breakfast terrible the food was old from yesterday and before yesterday, no service at all in this place … if you ask to change towels you get invoices. When we first arrived the room had a nasty smell which was like sewage or mold. When we first arrived the room was also full of sand and dust it’s like they haven’t been cleaned in many weeks as well as badly washed bed sheets. The wardrobes also smelled very bad.
Overall I highly DON’T recommend this “hotel” because customers will get terrible treatment and no service and mean staff. It was said to be a Farm therefore as a hotel it’s terrible and no one should deserve to stay in such conditions.

Lovely setting. Small room compared to my friends and even though I booked both together we were in separate buildings. Then two nights on the trot we reserved a table for dinner and BOTH nights we arrived for dinner there was no table for us and no apology. And the second night we even triple checked our booking. Food was ok ish. Real shame as the owner was lovely and the equine facilities incredible!

Loved this hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food was brilliant room was amazing. Hotel was of very high standard have stayed in a lot of hotels but this hotel I have to say was the best, so relaxing, clean & very welcoming will definitely be re-visiting next time in Italy.

Rooms are clean and fresh. This place has a very high end finish. The best hotel we have stayed at on our 10 day tour of Italy. Come to think of it one of the best hotels we ever stayed at.

I often go to Malaspina.
All very well cared for, clean and at the same time simple.
But there is one thing I want to say and emphasize :
At Malaspina there is a person who makes the whole thing more special, more magical, unique.
I travel a lot and frequent various hotels.
Nowhere in the world and no hotel in the world is a person like George.
He's at the front desk. Even if you arrive tired and angry … George with his smile and his way of doing, makes everything easier and easier.
People like him don't exist. They are unique.
He always has a smile and a kind word for everyone
I send a message to Ms Malaspina's owner
Without George it would be a whole other thing
So Mrs. If you hold it tight
This is La Malaspina
He's that something that makes you feel at home
Already entering La Malaspina feels good as soon as we enter from the gate
But with George at the front desk it's all more magical
Lately improved much breakfast and restaurant.
So moving forward in improvement and growth
I tried to change but in the end I always come back to my friend George
He is simple, humble and is a great worker
He sees away. He knows how to run such a magical place
