Italo House

There is no dedicated parking facility as such. Guests are invited to park free of charge along the street directly outside the building.

The staff is described as very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Guests particularly highlight the helpfulness and kindness of Bianca and Alessandra, as well as the responsiveness of the owner, Antonio. Late check-in is possible: in some instances, guests are provided with the key lockbox code over the phone, making the check-in process simple and convenient.

Breakfast generally receives positive feedback and is described as plentiful and delicious. The menu features fresh croissants, brioches, muffins, cream cakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, and high-quality coffee, which one guest described as the best in Milan. However, there are some negative reviews: one guest noted a lack of pastries at the start of breakfast and expired juice in the refrigerator. Breakfast is served in a small kitchen with only two tables for two, which can be inconvenient during peak hours.

The hotel accepts card payments and reservations. However, one guest reported difficulties paying via a Nexi POS terminal connected to a staff member's personal mobile phone due to insufficient staff training.

Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator where water is provided free of charge, and other beverages are available for purchase at very reasonable prices.

The quality of the internet connection varies depending on the area. Wi-Fi works excellently in the living room, but the signal can be weak in the guest rooms.

Soundproofing at the property is poor. Guests note that neighbors, conversations, and the sound of television sets from adjacent rooms are clearly audible.

Many guests praise the mattresses and pillows, describing them as perfect and comfortable. However, there are complaints regarding their condition: one guest noted that the bed was "wobbly," while another pointed out worn bed linens and pillowcases. It is also mentioned that some basement rooms show signs of wear and have a musty smell.

The majority of guests are satisfied with the cleanliness, calling it excellent and spotless. Nevertheless, there is a highly negative review mentioning a dirty toilet, the presence of feces upon check-in, and dust in the shower. Additionally, one guest noted that during longer stays, housekeeping is limited to making the bed without replenishing in-room amenities.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Some rooms experience drafty windows that allow cold air to enter, which the owners attempt to address with draft excluders along the windowsills.

Some suite-category rooms feature hydromassage bathtubs and saunas. Standard amenities include refrigerators and a basic set of shower toiletries.

Italo House has a warm, family-friendly, and cozy atmosphere. Many guests mention feeling right at home thanks to the hospitality of the staff and the owner.
