I would come back at any time!
I had a great stay at Unico Studios.
The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, and I was warmly welcomed at reception.
The location of the accommodation is a little outside the center, but also nice and quiet. You can get to the bus stop in just under 10 minutes and in the city center in another 20 minutes. My tip for sightseeing is a day or 3-day ticket for the areas Mi1-Mi3. There are also parking spaces in the building complex that you can rent, but I didn't use them.
About the accommodation: Very modern, clean and tidy. The rooms are all air-conditioned and pleasantly cool. The common room is equipped with a large TV and Sky. Nothing is missing in the kitchen either, each room has its own compartment with dishes. Other kitchen utensils such as a pan, oven, coffee machine, kettle, lunch boxes, refrigerator and freezer compartment can be used together. An iron is also available. The balcony is incredibly beautiful, especially for a morning coffee or breakfast (shared & balcony of the room).
The room is modern with lots of sockets, there is no safe but the wardrobe and room door are lockable. There were small shampoos in the bathroom and there's nothing wrong with that either.

We stayed here on April 27th… convenient online check-in… there is the possibility of using the underground parking for a small additional fee. The apartment is new, very beautiful and spacious. A large living room with a small kitchenette, a huge terrace which it was a shame not to have been able to use, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all perfectly clean.
If I can give one piece of advice it would be to add one or two more cushions, for the rest… Top!

Apartment within a closed condominium neighborhood with a small square in the center made up of around ten buildings, just outside Milan.
Parking is available inside the structure for a fee or can be easily found just outside the gates.
The interior appears modern with all comforts. Details such as the coffee machine with pods or the iron are much appreciated.
Milan is a very well-connected city and the apartment is nearby, about a 5-minute walk from the 27 stop which takes you directly to the cathedral.
The only flaw is the lack of TV in the room, which we personally didn't suffer from and the bathroom which although functional (hot water runs almost immediately) appears a bit small, in any case it is really large and decorated with taste and style, also equipped with a beautiful balcony of approximately 12 square meters complete with table and chairs.
In summary, I recommend it for the price, for the location (for those who don't want to stay directly in the bedlam of the city centre) and for the really well-kept apartment.

We stayed a couple of days in this attic with an industrial flavor where the courtesy of unicos studio and in particular Mr Muzio welcomed us during our stay in Milan! Shared areas, personal lockers, all super well-kept and clean… delightful solarium terrace with infinite 360-degree view towards the Milanese horizons! Room with private bathroom and walk-in closet, hi-tech blinds that make everything exceptional… I recommend a few more face towels in addition to the usual two and a greater supply of support bases in the room… just for personal preference! it would be nice to have small snacks to ensure that everything is really impeccable thanks to the next trip…

I-I-know… I was enchanted. Very nice on 2 floors very convenient location to reach the Duomo and Rogoredo station in the apartment there is everything fridge, oven and coffee machine, including pods 👍 if we come back oh will I recommend it to everyone? Of course yes! See you soon and thank you very much 😚
