This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, if you can even call it a hotel. It is essentially a century old apartment that has been converted into a handful of rooms. There is no lobby, no clear signage or directions for finding the property, and virtually no contact information or assistance available. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone.
The room itself was terrible too. The so called queen size bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, with two completely different mattresses, making it extremely uncomfortable. The "comforter" was essentially just a thin bedsheet. The toilet was leaking, the sink drain was almost clogged and barely draining, and basic amenities such as shampoo and tissues had already run out. Even the refrigerator was not cooling properly.
This stay genuinely came close to ruining my trip in Milan. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to risk a very disappointing experience.
