Very welcoming, clean and totally soundproofed.
Pool not very large but bed and towel always available, surrounded by a nice park.
Super breakfast!
The daily fee for paid parking is too high.
Very close Public transport and the highway.
Only neo the reception too small, for check in and check out I had to wait in line 15 Min.

The hotel, located a 5-minute drive from Linate, is modern and clean. The rooms are not huge, but still average. I found the restaurant very expensive and, really weak point, parking at the cost (maximum) of 15 euros per day. If you plan to park in the non-paid area, forget it, because there are no more than 4/5 free parking spaces for the whole hotel. There is a swimming pool, very small which unfortunately closes at 7pm. The hotel also has a large, well-equipped garden, appreciable.

The picnics they organize are not bad to spend a different day in Milan. Large green space with use of the pool and lounger. The sandwiches are really great (I recommend the salmon one), it also includes a piece of salted cake a first cold, Macedonia, juice, water and a dessert. Time: 12 to 7 p. M. Price: 20 euros per person.

So much better than I expected. Price was good, bar was good breakfast was great and restaurant at night was great. Room was so much nicer than I expected. So much I ended up cancelling my fancy room in central milan for the last few days and extending my stay at novatel. Taxi price to and from central milan did add up but we had a group of 4 so it didnt matter once you shared the expense. Service at front desk was also 5 star.

Very convenient location, located just after exit 4 of the Tangenziale EST (on the right) cute, cozy and clean. Too bad for the limited number of employees especially in event occasions.

Easy to get to. Parking availability. Beautiful location and meeting room well equipped. Bathrooms really very clean!

Private parking of the hotel is paying €15 at night! Breakfast was not very nice. On arrival at the hotel welcome by a very young hostess limit trainee not smiling and harsh look and not knowing a word of French: this is an international hotel like Novotel French brand of the chain Accor? Rooms at the TOP OK.

Big room and very goog breakfat. When I was there was a exhibition in Milan hotel was fool and I had to park outside.

I've been having dinner with my partner. Access to the hotel is very convenient, just off the bypass. The décor is a bit strange because it gave me the idea of several different items without a single style. The food was really great, from starter to dessert.

I have nothing to say about the hotel! Free shuttle, excellent breakfast also for celiacs, friendliness and helpfulness! Spacious rooms and bathrooms and comfortable bed! Too bad that the slippers were missing in the courtesy Kit and that the furniture and walls could be a little more modernized! Besides, I'm Straconsiglio! Well-connected average price.

Stayed here in March of 2018. Paid for the room in full in February & paid cash for the VAT charge that they charge upon checking in. Got home to discover they had charged me an additional 73.00 dollars. But they can't seem to tell me what for or why. Where I'm from charging someone's credit card without reason or explanation is FRAUD. I got nowhere by calling. Passed around from person to person. I finally emailed someone in accounting, but they can't find the second charge. Even though I sent them photographic evidence of said charge several times. My only recourse is with my cc company now. I'm sure I'll get my money eventually. If you decide to stay at this 1 star hotel next to the airport. I suggest you triple check your statements when you get home. You may just be scammed out of some money.

Room was recently renovated With 50 "TV and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast from 10! Very friendly staff. What do you expect more?

Used as a support for meeting with customers. To follow lunch with buffet with delicious but light dishes.
Abroad is normality meet customers in the hotel. This hotel for the environment and the professionalism of the staff gives the possibility.

Good dinner in a quiet and curated location. Sure, the area is what it is, but you get in the car comfortable, to eat, and you go home. Menu of a few dishes, but all cared for. Very nice staff.

Presente per evento professionale. Ottima location a due passi da aeroporto e centro milanese. Ampio parcheggio e zona relativamente tranquilla.

A good hotel to stay when you are passing through in Milan. Next to the airport, and with facilities to relax.

Banal rooms but restaurant okay.

Very nice hotel while modern chic design spacious I do not put stars because it is not my style of welcoming hotel and breakfast is more than copious with a large selection of products.

Nice, clean contemporary hotel, near the airport, with excellent concierge service. They also have a shuttle service that runs quasi-regularly (relatively every 15-30 min).

Year-end dinner. I spent a perfect evening both from the culinary point of view and for the playful aspect. A applaud to the organizers. Full menu. Quality food and prepared excellently. Fast and attentive service. Average cost high, but given the quality there is everything!

Amazing place, brand new and very modern atmosphere. We just stayed for a overnight flight connection. Really close to Linate, less than 10min.

For a business meeting the company organized a buffet at the Nova Hotel followed by a company presentation at a meeting room the structure is very well, modern and cured. You perceive to be in a hotel of will quality, only negative is addressed to the buffet. Unfortunately the choices vegetarian/vegan were close to nothing unless one decided to dine with only mini bruschetta and scones. I believe that a hotel of this importance should pay more attention to certain food choices without the customer having to feel at fault every time asking for the various ingredients or menus. For this reason I reserve 3 stars to the evaluation, I can not say anything about the hotel formula not having benefited.

The location is very good and the staff are very helpful. The menu is not very wide and is mainly composed by sea, the quality is good. I am sure that in the summer the pool will make the ambiance very charming.

The first room they gave us had a disgusting smell and the bathroom door didn't close property so we had to ask to be changed to another room. The food at the restaurant was not so good either.

Great service for my family and kids, as a welcome gift they gave them a little keychain pandas meanwhile we did the check in. The hotel is very modern and chic!

The hotel has a restaurant downstairs which is very convenient if you're not planning to go out. Food options was also good. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices available. Wi-Fi access available in the room. Enjoyed my short stay here.

Very easy to reach from the motorway, the staff are efficient and friendly. The room (4 people) was spacious and equipped. Improved cleaning of carpets, rugs and upholstery sofa bed. Dinner was good but heavy cakes. Full buffet breakfast, DIY juice much appreciated by adults and children.

Beautiful completely renovated reception less rooms. Beds very hard although I happened to go there again and happened a very comfortable bed, evidently there are changing. Staff at the front desk, hotel glacially algid and don't expect dancing when you arrive.

I attend regularly for work at this hotel. Strategically located along the Eastern Freeway if you use Linate airport, the hotel offers a shuttle almost always available. Just a few meters from the hotel the city centre tram 27, about 30 minutes. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are outstanding. The standard rooms a little dated would need a little updating but the executive rooms are almost all new and very welcoming. The standard rooms among other things are comfortable for families because a sofa double bed. The silence of this property is the absolute best I have ever found and I sleep no hotel about 150 nights a year. Considering that the hotel is 2 km as the Crow from the airport and only 10 metres from one of the busiest streets of Italy, noise is minimal. Among other things an inner door isolates the room from the hallway. Very good restaurant although way overpriced. The breakfast is the bar. The pool is a good fitness. The recently renovated lobby is comfortable and modern. This is one of my favorites 4 stars.

It was a good experience. I stayed 2 nights that the room is clwan and big. Staffs are also nice except a man who treated me with no smile. Breakfast are also fine with sausage, bacon, eggs, hams, and others. Juice is the best.

Much ADO and uncomfortable bed.

The bed has a mattress from a fold out couch. Completely unacceptable. Service is horrible, food is horrible, design, decor. I cannot come up with anything positive to say except there was warm running water.

Terrible hotel experience. Shuttle took us to the hotel but wasn't available the next morning to take us back to the airport so we had to take a cab. A/C in room wasn't working. No sheets on bed and it was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was too cold and the food and service was awful. The dinner also gave me a stomach ache. Need I say more.

This hotel could be good and is let down by one very important thing. The staff are the rudest and most arrogant bunch that I have ever seen. Apart from one young lady in the breakfast restaurant, my colleagues and I were across the board treated as second rate citizens. The front desk misplaced one of my colleagues laundry and then a very arrogant man proceeded to blame her for its loss because she hadn't filled out the, in Italian, laundry request properly. As if it was her fault, they lost her laundry in the process of laundering it. This hotel seriously needs to take a close look at the way they are staffing themselves.
