One of the worst I've ever been, first you pay 6 euros extra for linen and city tax but if you pay cash you'll get a discount of 5 but the ATM the receptionist told me I was charged 2.20 as a fee, the first room I've got I saw a bed bug walking on my bed before I slept on it, he moved me to another room where some homeless was staying, most of the rooms are in the basement with no ventilation in and outside the room, the toilet was clogged, the bidé was clogged, fool of mold everywhere because of non ventilation, the window faced on ground level with cars parked in front and quiet noisy, the sorrounding area is miserable, the positive reviews are granted from the reception in exchange with a free coffee and probably some discount (check the photos).
Positive thing is the receptionists are nice and friendly, they try to do what they can for the business and they also offered me the free luggage storage, I think a bed in this place should be not mor than 10 euro per night.

STRONGLY AVOID THIS PLACE – worst accommodation experience I have ever had.
The conditions are absolutely unacceptable and have nothing to do with a normal hotel. Upon arrival I was charged more than the confirmed reservation price. The room was dirty, and the bed sheets and towels were also dirty, even the ones that were supposedly “freshly washed. ” There is visible mold on the ceiling, rotten smell and decay inside the refrigerators, a filthy kitchen, damaged furniture, broken electrical sockets, and no hot water. The entire place smells bad and looks neglected, far below minimum sanitary standards.
The staff is rude, constantly disturbing guests, and completely unhelpful. I was even told that I am not allowed to stay in the property between 10:00 and 14:00 despite having paid for the stay, which is absurd and unacceptable.
It was impossible to rest or function normally. One of the most stressful and disturbing accommodation experiences I have ever had.
Avoid this place at all costs.
