I booked this place just by going through so many positive reviews but honestly I was disappointed. This place has only 2 major advantages — the room is very well equipped with all facilities including a cooking range and location is very good even though it is a 15 minutes long walk from Milan Central station.
Now coming to cons there is no staff member physically present here so if there is any issue, you are on your own. I even did my self check-in based on e-mail instructions. The bed is a foldable bed which opens up. So it is very uncomfortable to sleep on it at night. Bed is the worst thing here. Also with so many facilities including a cooking range, fridge and all utensils in the room the room size is reduced. Overall, I found this place overpriced. What I paid here for 2 nights, I paid same amount in Rome for 3 nights and the only major difference between both was facilities offered inside the room.
It is not the first time we come here. The room is excellent, warm, clean, no foreign odors. Parking on the territory. The host is very friendly, prompt and understanding. I often travel somewhere, this hotel really deserves a great review.

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. The communication was fast, smooth and very friendly. It was all clean. We can absolutely recommend this place.
