The apartment is at the best place ever! In the center, tram line is right in front of the apartment and it was very comfortable to see every detail of the city easily, by using tram, also, Metro is also very near. The apartment itself was SUPER BEAUTIFUL, warm and comfortable, everything was working perfectly, view was very Italian style, very cute. The building had two main doors, both working with the code that only building residents knew and it was very safe. Communication with the property owner was super easy! They’re very helpful and they also tried their best and let us check-in earlier, since our arrival was very early. Thanks so much again and I hope I could stay at this place again next time I visit Milano♥️♥️.

The air conditioning dind't work, I contacted the host and they gave me no answer.
Asked for blankets (the beds had only a very thin duvet), but also no answer provided.
Asked for an invoice and they didn't send.

Nothing to wash up with no t towels floor was broken in hallway furniture a bit tired not a clean as it should be.
