It was ok, very nice and helpfull stuff, good localization.

Its like hostel or you can say 1 ☆ hotel. The main problem is that there is no attached washroom, there are 3 or 4 washroom. This setup run by chinese old lady. She is nice but when you will mess something she get crazy. This is good if u just want to sleep in night in cheaper price and you dot need any special service. Little bit far from main location of milan. They offer free breakfast I did not tried, may be that will be just tea and bread. Its on 4th floor, you can go by lift or stairs. If you go out you have to leave key at counter. So… my openion just.

Great Place for one night… However, The air conditioner is put into operation by June…

I stayed at the America Hotel for 4 nights on business, I wanted to thank Mrs. Angela for her kindness is all her staff who made my stay perfect, the only note to report that during the night too much shouting along the corridor, perhaps to Also because of the shared bathroom, my advice is the bathroom in the room for the rest clean and as already said all very nice.

Very disappointed, between what is announced on the advertisement and the real there are unpleasant surprises. Value for money we find better. The manager allows herself to do things she shouldn't.

Reservation cancelled without notice: arrived there they had cancelled the reservation made online and the money went lost, totally unreliable.
Foreign (Asian) staff, impossible to understand, discouraged profoundly.

This hotel is very good, the staff is very polite, the rooms are very clean and I stayed very happy with my stay in it. Certainly, if I come back to Milan, I will stay here again!

Amazing customer service, very friendly staff, they try the best they can but the condition of the place itself — way below average. Paint the walls, change the rooms, put on some decent lights and XXI century decorations, or change it into a hostel. Oh, and you shouldn't allow guests to smoke in the toilets.

The hotel is on a 4 floor of a building. That's what you pay for being Milan. The location is very good. 20 minutes walk from the Duomo. The breakfast leaves so much to be desired that we only take it a day out of 4. Showers There are two for everyone.

It's a good place to stay if you're looking to save money, good conditions and everything. But isn't a fancy place. Just a one star hotel.

The staff was so pleasant! Our door was the first one by the lobby so it was a little noisy but it was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is simple.

Hotel America is in a nondescript location but the people who work there are some of the nicest most helpful hotel staff I've ever encountered. The rooms were nice, they brought tea to my room. And gave good recommendations. I highly recommend staying here over more expensive or swanky places in Milan.

I loved this place! simple but nice, It's located in a good spot, close to downtown if you choose to go walking and great connections with trams and buses right outside of the hostel. The staff was soooo nice and sweet with my mom and I that we felt very pampered! She even brought us some hot tea to our room after the first rainy/turistic day we had. The breakfast is very complete, yummy and free! The place is very calm, very clean, well heated, good prices. I would highly recommend this place!

Here you can conveniently take a holiday. The rooms were always clean. There were even after two of four nights, all beds are newly purchased, what even at high-priced Hotels, not the rule. The Service is exceptionally good and far exceeds the expectations. It is possible, at any time, cheap drinks to purchase. The Breakfast is nothing special, but more than for the price expected (prepackaged Dauergebäck, fresh fruit and a choice of drink). For a room price from 32 Euro per night and Person in a quadruple room are four star is entirely appropriate.

The position is excellent, 20 mins walking from the cathedral. Good value for money, The rooms are clean and staff are helpful, Breakfast is included. Strongly recommend.

You can think of this place as either a particularly low amenities hotel OR a particularly nice hostel. Because I booked through a hostel booking site, and it only cost $33 a night, I'll do the latter. Very comfortable beds and luxurious rooms with balcony, along with a very very friendly staff. Solid Wi-Fi throughout also. 9/10 would recommend.

Had an excellent stay. They went out of their way to make our stay better.

Not really a hotel. More like a bad youth hostel. Rooms are very noisy (sound insulation between the rooms is absent).
