It's a very cozy little motel. And they also have a piano :)

A great place to stay. Nice natural views with garden and fish tank. Enjoyable.

Cute location. Good variety of breakfast offer. I put 2 stars because in my opinion it is not a 4-star hotel. The room and bathroom are not so clean and the walls with mold and cobwebs need a refreshment. The hotel is also not so comfortable to get to the city centre.

Eaten in the hotel restaurant, chosen the menu of the day consisting of a first, a second, glass of wine, water, coffee and second glass of wine (all at 31, €0.
Good and plentiful for the price.
Great breakfast is varied, as rightly has to offer a four star, consumed out in the garden in relax.
I can only recommend it.

We stayed there the weekend of June 2nd June, the staff is extremely friendly, we had booked a triple and they reserved a junior suite
The breakfast is rich in everything is sweet and salty all of excellent quality, and not just the private parking where we left the car for the whole weekend moving with the tram that has its terminal at less than 100 meters from the hotel.

I Do the sufficiency because the food was eatable. I took pasta with tomato, the seasoning was good but the dough is hot. The good rostbeef but it looked like a carpaccio. The service was poor: I was with a friend and my six month old daughter and the waitress locked open a door behind my daughter without asking if it would bother me. In fact, we made it close. We asked for the dessert menu and still we are waiting for it. I won't be back.

It is worth noting the proximity to the terminus of tram 2, the value for money, the size of the room and the variety and goodness of the breakfast. The hotel also offers a very valuable restaurant and bar service. In my opinion the structure is ideal for those who have children and want to have adequate space and comfort.

The rooms are very clean Some finishes to renew, such as insulators and fittings. Excellent breakfast.

Just great. The rooms are big, clean and full of everything. Easy to get to by the means. Friendliest staff. Breakfast is rich and varied.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Milan, close to number 2 bus (100m) that takes you to the city centre. Good breakfast and nice courtyard areas. We chose this hotel because it also had free parking in a large car park with good space between cars. Recommended if you don't mind staying outside the city. Friendly staff also.

Very tasty, well-spicy and delicate dishes.
The staff Too bad the staff is a bit skinny and the menu presents a few choices.
Nevertheless I recommend the place.

We ended up here as Milan was busy due to a rally event. Did not pay so unsure of value but it was clean and tidy though a little dated. The bar was closed when we got back at 11:45pm abd there were not local bars we could walk to.

I stayed several days, occupying several rooms, breakfast very well, the hotel and the staff also. Very accessible by tram or bus to downtown.

The Hotel is very well located to reach the centre of Milan (tram direct a 100m) with parking and breakfast included but offers rooms called "classic" vetustes and Defraichies, poorly soundproofed (noises vehicles of the busy street and neighbors). It is memr from the bathroom which has a small shower. The heating on the other hand works well.

Classic rooms dilapidated which would deserve a mini to be repainted and refurnished, poorly soundproofed (noise from the street and neighbors) and small shower obsolete (away from the Italian shower). Actually rather a 3 stars exceeds. In contrast nice hotel with parking and breakfast included, well located (tram 2 for Duomo and Brera has 100 m). Professional and friendly staff.

Attentive and friendly service. If there is an event, the parking is set to full. And it's impossible to park. It's near the train station.

Cozy, but to be four stars looks very old and somewhat sloppy, that while located, and very good care, has a very good hall of events.

We had a great time during a dance show we attended as performers, the staff was very nice and the location is really beautiful.

Often visited for work or for a simple visit to Milan.

A small oasis with a beautiful garden nestled on the Navigli of Milan. The area I have neither central but well connected and this increases the value.

A real Italian hotel. Sober and simple but comfortable. Great value for its price and a great restaurant. Outside the centre but with a tram stop 1 minute away and loads of parking around. Very beautiful view and surroundings. If you want to get a real Italian hotel I'd recommend it.

Rooms are nice but one can hear a lot of noise from the streets outside. Also there is not a lot around. However, good value for the price.

Great value for money. Ground floor room nicely decorated and clean. Above-average breakfast with other facilities. Convenient parking.

Excellent location and elegant, well kept and clean. There are no parking problems and being on the Canal is not so obvious! The drink is not extensive but good, ideal to go in pairs because being away from the busiest areas is quiet and there are hordes of rowdy kids.

Ordered dishes that magically disappear in the middle of dinner.
Waiter that and give an explanation of the MISTAKE you go climbing on a "Mont Blanc" of mirrors and then "drop" disastrously!
If that wasn't enough, once ordered the new dish, this is forgotten by suggesting directly.
Another excuse and the second comes out with a cooking equal to meat in the butcher counters!
But it doesn't end there because as balance stumble into (perhaps accidentally) a $ clumsily repaired with tape of third choice because it cut in half …
More to add? I think not!

Very low level, with adjoining restaurant waiter excuses hangout to cover blatant errors (suddenly missing ribs, filet dimenticatoe then brought with raw cooking, etc. )

Near the terminus of the historic tram # 2 comes to the Cathedral through the canals.

Staff excellent foods, availability and especially Cook All height.

Very bad experience, staff and rude treatment, I had the garden room freezing cold, if I lightened the radiator I couldn't sleep because the heater was rumorisissimo and the bathroom did not have the heater. The morning of check out I had very little time and for this I wanted to pay the night before; on the morning of departure, I went to the desk to pay two bottles of water taken from the fridge and made me lose precious 15 minutes/che they made me lose the train because they had mistaken the Bill the evening before, so unapologetically. A 4 star hotel as price and 2 stars as a service. Ever again.
