This hotel is definitely one of the best hotel in Milano! It’s 3 mins walk from Duomo Cathedral, and all the shopping shops. Very near too at Luini. Amazing! The staff are very helpful, Valentina gives us an early check-in (12:00) so great! We had a breakfast buffet and everything is delicious. For sure, we will come again totally recommended! Perfect.

The hotel it self is nice, but they advertise with benefits for Hotels. Com silver rewards that not applied because our 100% refundble hotel room was ordered littleblit too early. So 1). I didn't get the free bottle of wine and discount voucher. 2). I lost 100 Euro compared to book it the same day. So if I just double check before I check-in. I would get benefits and discount. Competitive hotels give it too you anyways. So be prepared to not get the friendly, helpfully and good experience that others can give you.

I spent two days in Milan in the company of my sister, and stayed here one night. Too bad we can't stay longer! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our reservation was about a room with a double bed, and on our arrival we were offered an upgrade to a room with two single beds. Breakfast is very full and tasty, and you can of course also make an international breakfast. And also have the opportunity to have breakfast in your own room. Really recommended, and I think I will stay again on a next holiday even short in Milan.

We have had a pleasant time at Rosa Grand Milano. My daughter loved the candies, apples and refreshments by the lobby. The breakfast selection was great. The hotel is at a prime location. Luigi at front desk, Fabio at concierge, restaurant staff and the bell men all made us feel welcomed from day one. One thing that keeps me from giving the 5 points is the very long walk from the lifts to our room.

Stay was pleasant. Location was amazing and so were the staff. However the price was a bit too high in my opinion but we booked kind of last minute Breakfast was not great. TV channels were not good as I could not find any English or French channels apart from the news. This is a touristic location it should accommodate a bigger variety. But overall I would definitely recommend the hotel due to its superb location and cleanliness.

This is my 5th time staying at this hotel, and it never disappoints. Location is amazing. Staff is courteous. Rooms are renovated to the latest standards and exceptionally clean. Bed linens are excellent quality and pillow menu is provided (a cute touch). Breakfast is decent, includes all the basics. The only thing I would say is that I would have preferred that the AC could be colder. But as all European hotels, its preset at 20 minimum and does not allow you to lower the temp. I will stay here again and again and will recommend to all my friends. I consider this the best hotel is Milan!

Room not redone on my return in the afternoon, minibar not replaced, extra charges incorrect… I understand that a crooked day can happen. The unfortunate thing is that no one apologised. "I did not redo the room" "Maybe he left the Do not Disturb" Etc… Etc… Etc…

The location is unbeatable. So close to the Duomo, and fabulous shopping. You can walk in any direction and find great food. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't have breakfast here as I wanted to make the most of the local cuisine, but it was nice to back and get a little sugar rush from the candy bar and water dispenser upon entering. Staff were lovely too.

Hotel located in the center of Milan easily reachable. Great facility. Clean and well organized. I was a guest for a business meeting. The room was well organized and well lit. Good lunch too.

Hotel at one breath from the DUOMO of Milan, one step away from the most beautiful pedestrian area in Milan. Inside a simple but charming environment very bright, modern, with staff always attentive to need.

For a four stars hotel I found very disturbing not being able to user the TV in my room and not being able to offer ice for a cold drink. I mentioned the fact that we were willing to celebrate my wife´s birthday and the reception employee didn´t offer any satisfactory answer. The TV didn´t work for the two days I spent in the hotel. One employee came to see what was the problem and never showed up again. Not sure if it worth to recommend the attitude to solve the guest needs.

It is very difficult to find any fault in this hotel — the location is perfect, the staff are so welcoming, friendly and efficient. The rooms are superbly fitted out with comfortable bed, excellent lighting and a lovely bathroom with an excellent and easy to use shower (so many hotels manage to fail in this essential feature). I suppose the only negative would be the ridiculous gold-coloured dog statue in the entrance lobby — we both found it unpleasant and have no idea why anyone would think it appropriate to put a 2 meter tall aggressive-looking, snarling fighting dog immediately inside the revolving door. Apart from that it was faultless.

From the staff at the entrance to the highest able are of a unique and rare courtesy and availability. V I recommend the Milanese saffron cocktail served with a bite of Milanese: a treat to be enjoyed in the shade of the "madunina"

I have never stayed in your hotel that. I'm just, really, beautiful. I was there this morning to deliver some material to your guest. I approached the front desk and asked if it was possible to contact the parent, providing the group name itself and stating that they were 55 people arrived last night. The appointee did not provide me with any help citing various excuses. I called another group leader and I asked him to speak to the aforementioned appointee who, at that point, was activated and called the person I was looking for. Being a little more available is not that difficult.

Breakfast: Fried egg omelette and and… for rooms including breakfast, you have to pay these extras separately and not very cheap!

Exceptional location for a professional event: the conference rooms are quite large, comfortable and with bright, large projectors and good audio. Catering was very good. Air conditioning is powerful, so if you're a cold person I'd advise you to bring an extra sweater.

In my opinion the best located hotel in Milan. In spite of being in the center, the street on which it is located is very quiet. Excellent breakfast and a first class service. Close to everything a tourist or businessman may need.

We had a corporate appetizer at this property. We were placed in the basement and the appetizer was bad. The rest I thought was nice and welcoming maybe as hotel is a whole other thing.

We spent 5 days in this young modern hotel. Colors of the hotel are so warm and different. Staff very helpful and friendly. Buffet is yummy, especially the biscotti. To die for! Tasty drinks in the lobby after a long beautiful day in Milano. Manuela.

Very close to Piazza Duomo. Elegant, comfortable, clean; The staff Good restaurant and buffet breakfast. Only negative notes, the entrance is a bit bleak and the rooms facing the square, suffer from the noise of the trams in the morning.

I enjoyed my stay with my family in Rosa Grand. It is very clean and neat. The hotel staff was very friendly although we had to wait to check in it was due to busyness of the city on the weekends. The breakfast was tasty with many traditional Italian tastes. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is super close to metro, the Doumo and every high quality shop. It is very safe. The renewed rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I have only stayed at the Rosa Grand for business reasons. It is a very nice hotel, very well located and with comfortable large rooms. The staff is very hospitable and happy to help at all times. Breakfast is served as a buffet full of delicious options and the restaurant also has a menu with delicious Italian dishes. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Excellent location, professional and kind staff to give life to the Cocktail à la page held last night at the Grand Lounge Bar, with the collaboration of the Burgo Fashion Institute and Revolution Hair Salon for hairstyles and makeup of models. Very nice hotel near the Duomo Square.

Great location! Im currently staying in a executive room. Its big and clean. The bed is big and comfy. Toilet is nice and clean as well. Nice big window doors. Very nice and convenient for the price I paid. Check in was easy and quick. Valet is a bit overpriced in my opinion (€50 per day) but its expected for the location and the hotel makes up for it. Very polite man at the concierge.

Good location Very efficient and attentive staff who changed the room with a French bed with a real double, realized the inconvenience.

I was at this hotel for a conference and the facility was well equipped. Comfortable chairs, good catering, location obviously very convenient to get to.

Nice hotel Despite a lack of maintenance: carpet with big tasks. Holes in the walls with paint that tortoise and light switches that work very poorly. The staff are really welcoming and efficient. Very expensive valet Service (50€ at night). Full buffet breakfast with good fresh produce. The hotel is very well located which goes up the level of the hotel.

Stay, more than enough, vote little more than enough because, a hotel of that Categaria, has only standard television channels, in the room there is no written anywhere that number you have to do to call the reception. I had to call the front desk with my phone to ask what number I have to dial to have the alarm clock. Last criticism, the very expensive garage.

I visited the Lounges of Starhotel Rosa Grand in early January 2016. The service is what you can expect from a hotel of this standard and legitimately in this position, with the Duomo at your doorstep. Wide selection of appetizers and desserts, priced right for the local level.

Rosa Grand is conveniently located at a quiet corner of the Duomo, surrounded by museums, shops, cafes, etc. The Duomo metro station is only a 5 min stroll away, making any nearby ventures ultra convenient and economical. The hotel common area is very spacious and beautifully designed yet cozy and intimate. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. The executive room we have is very quiet and the bedding feels clean and comfy. Rosa Grand deserves more than 4 stars… I would give it 4 and a half without reservation.

Beautiful Rooms. Well maintained. Staff is friendly. No long waits at Check-in or Check-out. We had a very quiet room, thanks to double-glazed Windows. Location is Central. A few meters from the Duomo and the first grocery store away. Breakfast is very Spartan, with little choice of meat, cheese and bread.

My experience is based solely on the restaurant doce I consumed a business meal.

Pleasant and slightly crumbling to the same degree as Milan itself. The location is perfect — it is 2 minutes from Duomo. The building leaves mixed feelings with stylish, nicely decorated and furnished rooms but uncomfortably long corridors, views from almost every room to the next building's wall in 10 meters and uneven service. Waiters are getting lost regularly. In one occasion I didn't have breakfast ordered to the room. The food's great, the wine selection is good, the coffee's unearthly perfect.
