Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good location, 10 minutes walk to duomo.

Nice and confortable room but basic breakfast service. Hotel requires some improvements, but overall for slleping is OK.

Negs: breakfast NOT free but can be included. Very noisy air conditioning, not very effective. Pos: room size & decor good. Very comfortable bed.

Stuff was friendly. Breakfast good. Elevator was very small and slow. Furniture was old. Street side rooms were very noisy because there was lots of emergency vehicles driving with sirens on. Really lots of them. Big parking lot under hotel but pretty expencive, 20 € per day.

Nice location, but the walls are too thin and you hear everything from your neighbors.

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very spacious quiet rooms, with fast food for very close tourists, pharmacy. Mass media for the whole city by surface or underground on Corso di Porto Romana. "I recommend, study the multiple combinations to get to any point in Milan. Plus: Carry coins. Ah breakfast, it's for weight gain.

I have been to this hotel one day ago is I found myself well.

Nice hotel. Perfect proximity to near by places. But slow service on peak days with regards to breakfast. Expect better with the standards maintained with other aspects. But a good option. Can try. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I have been attending this hotel for many years. Very elegant and welcoming. Very nice and friendly staff Convenient to the center that you reach on foot in a few minutes, and well served by public transport, Metro at 50 meters. Ample and comfortable underground parking, indispensable!

Very few options for breakfast, staff was really annoying, Wi-Fi was the worst I've ever seen. Only good thing would be that it's right in the middle of the city. I wonder how they got 4 stars italian hotels are unbearable. It was really dirty and power outlets weren't enough neither the wardrobe. Wouldn't stay in this hotel again if it weren't for my school trip.

Great location, the facilities is kind of old. VERY warm and helpfull staff in the recption they help with everything you need from a to z. I love it.

My room on 7th was pretty noise because of old wooden window. There are trams and other traffic on the street. Also all plumbing was very old and faulty.

Pleasant stay. Nothing wrong with it, just not wow. Came back and crashed after everyday sight seeing fine and breakfast was alright. May book a 5* one in future, but that's just my preference. I like being pampered lol. Would recommend for a nice room at a reasonable price.

A very beautiful hotel, very good location where you can take tube to anywhere or walk if you wish too. The rooms are spacious, they gave us a suite and it was huge and very luxurious. Staff very kind and flexible too. It has parking but you have to pay it separately.

Convenient location in the center of Milan, you can walk to the Duomo and at the same time a few meters from the M3 cross stop and line 24. Good value for money.

We were first given room 444 but the moment we walked in it smelt like someone had just had 20 fags in one go in there so we were moved to room 443. Staff couldnt understand why it would have smelt so bad… Good location rooms were average but could do with improving and some minor decor improvements. The rooms need air conditioning especially if staying during the hotter months of the year. THe wardrobe space was not the cleaniest therefore we didnt feel comfortable un packing our cases. Lifts are TINY! The hotel says they have a bar but we stayed for 3 nights and still dont know where the bar is? Breakfast was edible but there could be a wider variety of choice offered. Overall properly wouldnt stay again unless lots of improvements were made and could be visible on photographs for furture bookings to be made.

Room is very big, feel good, bathroom was big, professional services, staff very good, easy parking very satisfactory.

Good breakfast Nice bathrooms Not too many TV channels, mainly sport channels. Its easy to get to important places from the hotel.

Excellent underground parking, easy to find a free spot. Close to the central square. Huge number — 2 rooms (bedroom, living room), very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a solid 4 stars. Very friendly staff, would recommend. Milan is now one of the favorite cities.
To the question understanding — ask on a map point out places of interest to you. We asked at reception, how to get to the nearest grocery store, but apparently misunderstood each other, we were told to turn left, then right 200 m, 20 minutes, we went to a supermarket and not found. As it turned out, it was necessary to go left and left again at the crossroads — supermarket was very close.

Great service and hospitality. Rooms lived up to expectations. Recommended.
