We loved it, clean, super well located and equipped.

Much below expectations (what is reported on Booking is true at 30%). It was very small and the staff were very friendly. For example the Abat jours are not connected to an electrical outlet, bed quite uncomfortable, balcony, for which you pay a surcharge, practically non-existent.
The only good note that it is central and very close to the Metro.

These suites are situated in a really good location in Milan tourist district. The suites are well organized in minimalist style and Mattia did a good job withe check in instructions. Thank you.

Since we got here, it's been a disaster. We do not know where the hotel reception is, there is a paper sign on the door with an Italian phone that we could not call for being a foreigner. We could not access the room if it is not thanks to several neighbors who helped us and called with their phones on the phone. Still the man was not worthy to receive us and sent an SMS with what we had to do. All this despite having arrived within the time set for the checkin. The characteristics of the room do not correspond to those that it puts on the Web: none of the photos correspond with our room, no TV, no air conditioning or heating (they are dirty and old stoves), we have not had hot water until mid-morning because there was no light (thanks to the cleaner who has turned on the fuses). There was no maid service in our room no day. We found used soap tablets stuck on the shower (seen in the picture) and even last night we were out of toilet paper. We have been traveling for a week in different cities of the country and it is the worst hotel we have seen without any doubt and the most expensive. We regret it but we will claim and denounce all this in all the opinion portals that we can. We have paid a high price that does not match the services provided. We feel ripped off and unattended. In the 4 days we have been we have not seen any worker or hotel staff to direct us.

No air conditioning is an oven. Lousy the Wi-Fi.
