I was there for 3 days with family. The appartamento21 is located on a first floor with 4 steps to climb up. The keys of the apartment were in a safety box and easily accessible. Outside has a free parking on the street. The street is a dead end and it is pretty safe for the car.
Toilet: the toilet was specious and modern. It has all the necessary toiletries. Also it has a hair dryer.
Bidet as well as toilet paper was available. The towels were big, soft, clean and super absorbent. Hot water all the time we want to take a shower. The down side was only the sliding door.
Bedroom: Very specious. It had a big mirror on one cabinet door. Very big and super comfortable bed. It has a build in wall usb connectors for charging the phone. Makeup table also in the room. RGB lights are instaled to set the mood. Down side the pillow was to soft for my taste.
Kitchen: well equipped. It has a microwave, a stove, nesspresso caffee machine and all the necessities a kitchen should have.
Living room: The living room had also a big specious super soft bed. (Used as a second bedroom connected to the kitchen). RGB lights also installed.
A down side is that it is connected to the kitchen.
Perfect for 2 couples or family holiday in Milano.

Very clean, and very helpful host, he even gave me complimentary tea and coffee it was very thougtfull and appreciated and it was in the area that I wanted.
