Been here several times, the staff is always helpful, friendly and efficient. The rooms a clean, nice and light.

Old design and noisy room. Most of all there is no FREE Wi-Fi access for guest who stay here.

reject to offer a refund for my guest even due to the corono virus reason that my guest couldn’t make their trip
the reception direct us back to the agent and there wasnt any management team nor manager could give me a immediate reply on a busy saint valentines weekend?
the receptionist even refer me as my fault to have book two rooms causing the hotel a huge lost.
absolutely hilarious customer service
no acqua supply, no slippers not even a toothpaste, poor ventilation in the bathroom. Old and nearly broken door, window left half opened, absolutely dangerous. Ridiculously small TV which is really funny but the most unacceptable thing is the customer service in the reception it can’t even relate to a 4star hotel services.

The WORST Hotel ever! rooms full of mosquitoes, AC doesn’t work, arrogant and not helpful staff.

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIRᴀven. Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Lino at the bar/restaurant is great. Restaurant recommendations were on the point. Housekeeping was excellent. I would go back.

Nice hotel. Cost you about $13 to taxi it to the shopping areas. Breakfast is good with a omelette bar. Parking garage is underneath on site. Overall the hotel is nice good number of elevators so your not waiting long times in the lobby. The upper floor executive lounge is average for a Marriott with snacks and beverages typical for a hotel chain. It’s about a 40-45 min taxi to Linate in the early morning and other time it can be considerably longer.

The hotel really is long past due for remodel and updating. Doesn’t appear to have ever been updated. Very slow checkin process but front desk staff are pleasant and courteous. Executive lounge is extremely underwhelming, especially for a Marriott in Europe. Beds not very comfortable and the rooms just smell old/musty. The property just needs work. Will look elsewhere in the next visit.

I was There once for a business meeting. It was a very nice Hotel. Large meeting Rooms Although quite anonymous (they are a bit ' all the same). Good location in the centre of Milan.

Hotel location is not particularly biased, rooms and other European hotel rooms are as small, but some of them have, more warm.

Really nice rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. The only two things that could be improved are the number of people at the front desk during rush hours and the executive lounge. Both, in the evening during the checkin and in the morning during the checkout there were only two people at the front desk which led to some wait time. The lounge is quite small and doesn't fit many people.

Bad experience.
Upon arrival after the documents they asked for the credit card as bail of the fridge bar and the tourist tax. I only had the ATM and then they asked me 100, 00 as bail.
Shame, I had paid 20 days before the room beforehand for two days.
Beware the wify is for a fee.

Great Place to stay! Amazing location ot far from touristy spots of Milan … we had a fabulous time.

The mattress were not comfortable at all and when the hotel doesn’t have good mattress you don’t deserve a 4 star and safe was not working due to dead battery. Good location, 45 minutes walking diatance to San Siro and Duomo.

Away from the centre (requires public transport, it is more than an hour's walk), in an area without too much offer of restaurants or activities. The rooms are large and clean but they need a renovation. Very outdated and a little uncomfortable for the standard of the brand. That's why it's expensive.

Great price and close 3nough to Subway to make getting around easy. Fun area of Milan to be in as well.

Visit this Hotel for an event on the world from Gin. Hotel located in a quiet and very nice area of Milan. Nice location But I could not provide more information about the rooms and services offered.

Old furnishing. About 10 minutes walk to the train station. Service from the front desk can be better.

Hotel where I attended a business meeting. Luxury and comfort are the mistresses. Aperitif and cathering room at the height of the structure's quality. Easily accessible by means and parking available although for a few customers.

The place is nice. Historic building completely restored. Good Congress venue. The exhibition space is large. Furnishings a little too requiring!
Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired: rooms not redone and this has happened to many of my colleagues, so it's not a case, but the rule!
At the reception staff extremely rude. At breakfast I was served a pot for the tea with an inch of lukewarm water without lid and no lemon… not to mention the stale pastries and with gnats on the jam! I don't think I will go back anymore. In Milan there are definitely a lot better hotels!

Not bad, but definitely not worth what they charge you. This hotel musthave been the exact same in the 80s and they have changed nothing. The window on my room didn't even closed properly, the hum from the electric circuit was scary. Not the level I was expecting for 250 EUR the night. Breakfast wasn't great either, not bad but expensive.

A wonderful and elegant Hotel, at least as far as the lobby and some room I got to visit during an event! The staff I thought was really nice. The toilets are clean. Obviously not having stayed there, I am not able to express any opinion on the rooms.

Luxury hotel, kept divinely, I was for a mega event and despite the large mass of people present, the hotel has handled very well the amount of work and customer service.
Quite convenient location to be reached, in all ways taxis can take you right in front of the entrance.

It was a very nice place to stay.
I was in this place following events and the rooms dedicated to the latter I have to say are very organized and well equipped.
Deserves to be visited.

I did not use the rooms but I attended a conference. The rooms were very large, the audiovisual system very effective and satisfactory catering.

Luxurious hotel in Milan. Convenient to reach. Even with the Metro the Wagner stop is only a ten-minute walk away. I was for an event, in a downstairs room, not organized by me, which had nothing to do with all the historical style of the hotel. Very low ceiling and really scarce lights (ugly own) for a hotel room of this caliber. Comfortable and classy chairs and all the context of the structure in general. Disproportionate the prices of the bar (type 4 euro a coffee). There is a bar outside close by for any need.
It doesn't take long to understand that if you even just halved the cost all the hundreds of people attending things organized there, spend at their bar and not out. Throwing money needlessly does not please anyone, especially to those who have.
I was considering the structure for a class thing that I have to organize and for which obviously the participants pay a day of seminary, but in fact take them to spend 4 euros for a coffee is not a gesture that I feel to do in their regards. When you organize certain things in certain contexts it is nice to collaborate with the structure and bring of course also an induced, beyond the price of the room, making even perceive to those who participate that has acted in the best way to give him the best possible quality At a cost that makes sense. It's about the reputation of those who organize.

Old school and expensive. Wi-Fi only in the lobby or extra — this is not contemporary. TV program and reception quality rather antiquated.

No second time to the Hotel Marriott Milan.
The hotel is in a very unfamiliar condition. It is to be seen that no usual cosmetic repairs have been carried out for years. Stained and worn floor coverings, bathtub with damage, etc. The room was small and partly equipped with old furniture (worn chair pads and scratched armrests).
The staff at the check-in were very friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast room is similar to a station hall. The breakfast was OK.
There was no room upgrade due to my Platinum Premier member status.
The executive lounge was accessible to everyone and on weekends without any service.
The Wi-Fi was slow and only due to my status free.
For reasons of fairness, I have mentioned the various shortcomings when checking out at the desk.
The employee thanked for the criticism and was well aware of the shortcomings I mentioned.
I will definitely choose another hotel of the Marriott Group on my next visit to Milan.

It's a nice hotel, up to Marriott standard (and Marriott old fashioned interior decor) however few things which bothered me: — As somebody wrote also, sometimes I could clearly feel smoke in the room. I guess tricks of ventilation as I couldn't feel the smell in the corridor. — Beds are very soft and uncomfortable. — Bathtubs are rather old. Otherwise decent hotel. Public spaces look rather too Grand (imagine yourself in museum with frescos and tapestry). A bit far from metro. If you go further on — plenty of dining options on via Marghera and around.

Don't judge a book by it's exterior. While drab on the outside this hotel is brilliant on the inside (where you stay) Manager Raffaello keeps this hotel spotless. Everyone is friendly without being intrusive. The rooms are clean and well kept. The property itself is obviously older but I would an dhave rated this two stars higher than the Marriott Champs Elysees property I just stayed in last week, and that's supposed to be a 5 star. They should have Raffaello come to run them for a few months. Great hotel. Recommend.

Honestly the room was fine and the neighborhood felt safe. However, I didn't like I could smell smoke in my room. It's just not a non-smoking facility and when other people smoke in their room it either carries over from the vent or it lingers. Otherwise, a nice hotel. I got a voucher for a glass of wine or beer upon arrival. The bartender gave me the biggest pour that I had all trip when I went to redeem it. Good times.

Excellent quality, location and price.

Location isn't too bad in terms of distance but there's a long walk to get public transport if that's how you are getting around. Hotel interior is nice, if a little dated and worn. Staff are courteous and friendly. Fitness facilities are minimal, but are open 24 hours a day. Resteraunt is fairly expensive, which is to be expected in a 5 star hotel in Milan, but the food was really only of average quality. You'll have far better food for the same price at any number of resteraunts in Milan.

1. The facilities are already old, they fit a good remodel 2. We were in the 5th. Floor, the bed in the upstairs room was so sound and disadjusted that we woke up with intimate activities several times per night, it is very clear that we do not blame guests, is the hotel of "category and price Marriott who must watch that these Situations do not happen, or adjust the beds or change them.

I was here for an event and I did not stay. Beautiful hall, high-level hotel among the best in Milan.

Classic Hotel once. Marble and stucco everywhere. Definitely quality, but also a bit of kitsch and retro aesthetics. For lovers of the genre.

It may be me but I find Europeans unfriendly. The 15 euros a day for Wi-Fi is not progressive. Location from tourist attractions was a disadvantage. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant menu was limiting. The one boutique seemed to open at odd hours.

The hotel has a wonderful and palatial entrance, the rooms are well laid out and very comfortable, the staff are helpful and very welcoming.

It's a Marriott, so you know what to expect. This is a much older hotel, still the rooms are good and considering the hotel facilities and the location it's definitely worth it. Staff is really helpful and they have a concierge lounge on the top floor. I would have loved to have a better food selection, the current one is good but bit more variety would have been perfect. Most of the times I was stuck with only a couple options. Overall all positive for me.

The bed was very comfy, the location was good, you can go to the city center by walk in 30 min. The hotel needs an update, looks kind of tired and old fashioned.
The nternet was free of charge only in the lobby.

Rather old hotel but staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant at lobby serves simple spread of buffet breakfast and ala carte menu for the rest of the day. The bar just beside the restaurant offers a wide range of good wine and spirits. Sports fans are also able to catch their favorite "live" events on TV in the bar. Rooms are nice and cosy but has a rustic feel with all the furniture and equipment. However, the mini fridge is not very cold if you wish to chill your items and they do not provide a boiler for hot water thus no coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little older looking on the inside, but that doesn't affect the quality of the experience. The hotel is walking distance from the train station so you can easily get to other places in the city.

Has feel of neglect in the rooms. Mine is a non smoking room that reeks of stale smoke — no other rooms available tonight and too tired to move. A/C "turned off for winter" — room is hot. Bad start to a flight safety conference. I stayed in Zurich Marriott and it's like light and day. Come on Marriott head offices — crack the whip on these managers.
