Good value for money lavish breakfast.

My lifeline. I had a great time. Great value for money.

Nice hotel within easy reach of the city centre. 3 mins walk from the Metro. Hotel is not fancy but staff very friendly and helpful. Standard breakfast in the mornings. Free Wi-Fi, some times a little unstable.

I have room nr205 from 9juli-12juli. First day is ok but no Wi-Fi, second day also no Wi-Fi and airco kan just 25°c ，I have so much Mosquito bites ，very itch, and kan not normally sleep. De last day afternoon 17u, I com back room 205, das I want just airco to 20°c, de werker said to open the door, today is not so hot, Wi-Fi is now ok. I said one more again, yesteday night I have not good sleep because airco 25°c and so many Mosquito bites, I am tired, I said to the werker, please take the airco to 21°c or 22°c. And then the werker make me Crazy：he ask mij now sleep or in the night sleep? Is your meaning that if I afternoon sleep, and then can I not more sleep in the night? And I want to say I am now sleep (afternoon) change to yesterday night. Your hotel must gave me one good night sleep. I take now foto's of Mosquito bites.

Fair but not your best choice.

Nice and convenient location, convenient to the central station. Served by tram 1 and close to the Metro Pasteur and Rovereto.

Small but comfortable. Located near Pzza Morbegno (newly redeveloped area), a stone's throw from the Red Metro. Clean and prices quite cheap.

Bad tourist attention. When we arrived they wanted to return to charge the stay saying that they had not received the reservation when it had already been confirmed. In this situation we requested the key of the Wi fi to make the claim and the employee of the counter, in a very bad way and poorly educated did not want to give us the key saying that it was only for the guests of the hotel. After that they ignored us completely and went out to make a call and came out behind me saying that in "that moment the reservation had entered". Very bad treatment and the hotel quite ugly, also very controlled, you have to leave the key when you go out and there is a sign that if things are missing from the room The hotel is not responsible, without doubt one of the worst experiences in Italy. A disaster.

Everything is fine with hotel, however the receptionist was pretty insulting when we asked is there is possibility to pay city tax by card, and later asked for receipt for payment.

Nearby Metro and tram line. If you don't pay attention to these two facts, it is possible to live. To metro stop and market about 200 meters.

Hotel Venini was comfortable, clean, value for money, had friendly staff who went out of there way to help me. As a single traveller I felt safe, I was given information on how to get around easily and their breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Milan, thank you Hotel Venini! Your fantastic service was much appreciated.
