Are of the greatest con artists. I tell you from the heart you entrust to them. After booking and payment arrives the mail where I am being told that my card is not good (anything a few days after departure). Echo the same thing with 3 other cards but nothing. The receptionist is a great incompetent. After having talked for 2 times doesn't tell me anything and I also responds very badly. Then save my number and not responding to my calls. I try to call another number and responds immediately. After having specified that it makes no sense to do these bambocciate, and after they have been sincerely revealed our despair because 2 days after we'd had to leave I close the phone down. Also stores the second phone number and don't answer me anymore. I try to call another phone yet and obviously meets. I ask you to find a solution of any kind and it says it can't find my reservation, sorry unlikely since I had before me the booking page complete with booking code and data. After they have been notified that I am in possession of these data, the receptionist I close the phone down. I only say that I had to book a last minute (so imagine the costs) to Gallarate, having to do each time a trip an hour and 10 minutes by train to Milan. Beware of this hotel!
