Nice hotel just a stone's throw from Lima Metro station. The lobby is rather cramped and not suitable to receive large groups. There are 2 lifts to climb up quickly in the floors of the rooms. These are clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings although for my taste the black color is too present, especially in the bathroom. The staff was very helpful Breakfast I would say average for a hotel of this level. Overall I recommend it especially for business travellers.

I wish I tried another hotel. After seeing some decent reviews, and looking over the pictures I thought this would be a good place to stay. It wasn't the cheapest option but I thought it would be good quality. Bottom line, the service here is terrible. The rooms are relatively clean but really quite dusty and the mattress didn't have a cover, just a single sheet. I paid extra for a larger room, but it was tiny! I thought the room I upgraded to would have a bath, but it had a tiny shower. I asked for early check in, but they weren't ready by 11:30. They said they would call when it was ready, they never did!

It is in good area and well connected, and what is the hotel is fine. But it has a lot of noise in the morning and the staff is quite rude.

Hotel well located modern good breakfast but always the same and very thrifty on the bathroom products 1 Soap 2 gels showered.

It is in a central area, very well decorated, very clean, good service in all senses with a sober and tasteful decor.

Excellent location, Zentrumnah. 350 shops and thus the longest shopping street in Europe around the corner. Modern small sent.
PL perfect. It would be cleaned every day. Breakfast delicious and with choice.

Nice helpful staff also German speaking. Have reserved for us restaurants and given us tips. Nearby is a sushi shop, I can recommend.

I would book the hotel again.

We stayed at Hotel Nepoleon (Milano) in April 2017 with our family occupying 2 rooms. The safes in both rooms did not work and while we were away from the hotel for 2 hours having dinner at a restaurant booked by the hotel manager, both of our rooms were broken into with valuables and cash stolen. When this was reported to the hotel manager, there were 2 other guests reporting that they had experienced the similar thefts. To date, the hotel has not responded to our claims. We would definitely never stay there again or recommend anyone stay there.

Small, moderately priced, well decorated rooms. Many with a small balcony overlooking a courtyard. Free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and knowledgeable staff. One short block to the Lima stop on the subway. Close to great, inexpensive shopping on the popular Via Buenos Aires.

Good location, easy walking access to the city's main attractions. Room a bit small, but clean and all you need. Breakfast continental buffet really good, and the lady serving it was very helpful and friendly.

Not sure where 4 stars are coming from. No spa, nor gym, nor sauna. Quite kitschy style. Boring breakfast. But the staff is very welcoming. Lady at the breakfast bar gives great positive spirit for the rest of the day.

Decent hotel in good location, less than 100m from metro station Lima (red line) and also distant enough from noisy car passing avenues. So called "double superior room" are well equipped (perhaps only missing a kettle), modern and clean. Although a bit on the small side, perhaps too small for 2 people. Also, hallways, elevators and the rest of the hotel are very small and narrow. I suppose because it's urban hotel, not a lot of space for, space. Breakfast is just OK. Same every morning. For warm food part expect only boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and chopped hot dogs to be served in rather cramped serving area. Wi-Fi signal is strong in rooms although speed could be better as the whole hotel is on only 20Mbits/1mbits connection. Around ~100 TV channels on 32" LCD TV, although 98% synced in Italian so not very interesting to people not speaking Italian. Independent air conditioning in my room didn't work, couldn't be controlled by a guest, and no one repaired it during my stay. In all, decent hotel.

Clean hotel in a central location. Did a quadruple and upon arrival we were divided into two separate rooms, one with the broken fridge. Breakfast poor and few places available to get it all together. Towards racist towards the staff of color.

Overall a really nice hotel, a bit old fashioned looking but in good taste, Geat location, good prices and pleasant reception staff. However breakfast experiance was really disappointing — the serving lady was constantly in a bad mood, always rushing between the tables and ignoring some guests. The limited food range wasn't a big problem, however came across that bread and eggs weren't the freshest :/.
