Good place for budget stay near Central Rail Station of Milan. Good staffs.

Convenient and affordable — no luxury really but home comforts and security!

This is fantastic value for money. Very well connected to public transport. It most definitely has a hostel feel vs a hotel feel, however the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and great value. We paid slightly extra for a private bathroom (well worth it), and the only downside is that it is VERY noisy from the street. We were well warned about this from previous reviews, so with ear plugs it's fine. But light sleepers beware, it's too hot to sleep with the windows closed, so you will hear the hustle and bustle of Milan!

Only book this place if you REALLY can't afford anything else.

The room and bathroom were very good, my only complain is the outside noise. One can hear the cars and trams as if they were passing through the middle of the room. And I lived in India for 2 years, but this was worse. Try to book a room that is not on the street side.

It's not a bed and breakfast. But still clean. If you do not find anything else in Milan and in good place of emergency. You also get to walk to the station.

Are well organized. Good… I recommend it to everyone… ❤

Good B&B for one night if you are passing. The room was very small.

Clean and decent place, but nothing more. The rooms are basic and poorly finished, note that not all have a private bathroom. Another sore note is the staff who, however kind, struggling to make themselves understood in Italian, but on the other hand you can have long conversations with the neighbors since the walls are so thin that you feel like staying together. I don't think I'll go back.

Reasonable place. Rooms are spatious and reasonably clean. But the front door has an automatic lock and the person at the reception comes very late. If you go out for a stroll early in the morning you might get locked out till 9:30 a. M. Or so.

Terrible hotel. Think very well before booking this hotel. Booked Hotel on the Booking website double room in the bathroom and balcony. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends and acquaintances. The hotel is very quiet, the room with the windows on the central street is very noisy even at night. The room was clean and comfortable. On the street there was a heat of 35 degrees, in a hotel room it was impossible to be, as only the fan worked. For air conditioning in this hotel you need to pay extra 5 euro/day, but this was not stated at the time of booking. The room is not comfortable: put the bed closet and 2 bedside tables, hangers in the closet twisted from wire. The room is bare walls, in the bathroom no shelves even have nowhere to put the bathroom accessories went for a walk around Milan when returned on our balcony smoking hotel guests. Before leaving the walk wanted to leave the balcony open for airing but after this case changed their minds, it turned out that the balcony of our room passing the courtyard, do not want to darken your holiday theft.

Great value, helpful and friendly staff, the room I took (double) was clean and tidy, the shared bathroom was kept well, the only flaw is the busy street in front that makes you wake up.

Cheap price, room is OK, but it is too much hot inside in August.

The man at the front desk is very incomprehensible and unsympathetic.
The room is of course nothing special but it is not exactly clean just like the toilet.
I have the guess in the bed are fleas or bed bugs! The bites I caught in the room are strange!
I wouldn't sleep here one more time.

Stayed here one night when I arrived late. The room had (loud) air con. Shared shower was alright. There were ants in the bed though which wasn't a great start to our trip to Milan!

Hostel is just by the main road so can get loud at night. Very affordable and backpackers hostel.

Not clean, a/c for extra payment and not specified in any place you can order but only in the reception. Environment is noisy and windows which don't block the noise are actually the balcony door which is shared.

The budget rooms with shared bathroom are a great option to sleep 1-2 nights. Close to Central Station!

If you do not have big claims is U great place to sleep with comfy beds but beware the sheets can be spotted but if you do notice them they change them. The bathroom is in common but still equipped. The location is perfect if you want to get to downtown in a few minutes via the Metro.

I changed 5 between B&B and hostels here in Milan, the less expensive are CA €25 per person in room DA6/8 people, no breakfast, no TV, Scarsó space, including wardrobes, and shared bathroom! Here instead, a matrimomiale costs on CA €40! With satellite TV, Wi-Fi; Can choose with a few euros more, room with private bathroom! For Mé, the best B&B! Good value for money Satisfied!

The room was spacious. Very clean and tidy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It is on main street very close to the train terminal.

Previously it was a Bed and Breakfast now failed. Today it is a rooms rent, although on the internet it is not so. The cost is 30 euros per night, of course breakfast is not available. The rooms and the cleanliness leave a lot to be desired as well as the shared bathroom, since it is used by everyone is normal, for those who do not have big needs the advice, also because at the end of the accounts who I hold are good people and available. Recommended for those who want to stay in Milan a few days and just wants a room to sleep under a roof in the heat for the simple fact that is going all day out until the night and wants to sleep quiet. The area is very busy and in the morning you can smell the smog of the cars you want to get dressed and go out immediately looking for clean air. For the rest all Ok, the means are well connected and you can get where you want in no time, also because you have it almost under the room. :) For Arraggiarsi is great, without spending huge amounts:), you just have to learn to fit everything here:)

Simply horrible. Smelly, small and dirty. The bathroom is horrendous. One bathroom for an entire floor. Staff don't even speak enough english. AND only one single electric plug in the entire room of three. Not worth it. Run.

The room space is ok not too small but mediocre room facilities, bathroom is too small even for small size people. There is noise from the road which could not avoid. Anyway the reception womanvis nice and willing to help.

The owner was warm and friendly. The cleaning of our room each day was amazingly meticulous! Breakfast was great and the toilet is amazingly clean! Very value for money! :) Only downside would be that the main road is pretty noisy at night! : (
