We stayed two nights at this hotel and the experience was very positive. Very nice room (we had those on the attic floor), clean and with all the amenities. The staff are very friendly, friendly and professional. The hotel is located in a quiet area but 10 minutes from the center and is the ideal situation as the old town is almost all pedestrian and there is ztl for cars. Satisfied.

Very smart hotel close to the city centre. Newly renovated rooms, not large, but very well furnished. Breaksfast very good and staff very friendly.

I stayed at L'Hotel Casa Poli on a Wednesday evening in August 2018 in double room 314, attic room. Great service both of the girls at the reception who welcomed us for check-in and for check out both the girls who took care of breakfast. With regard to this, I must say that we have found a wide variety of culinary proposals. Different yogurts, fresh fruit, dried fruits and syrup. Lots of sweet and savory brioche, cakes with peaches, cream, pears and chocolate, and naturemeltbe all for a perfect salty breakfast: scrambled or pan-cooked eggs made at the moment.
Very clean, comfortable and very nice hotel. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel, a real 4 star, well placed 10-15 minutes walk from the historic center.
Free parking (Anconetti parking) 5 minutes from the hotel. Staff at the front desk making the effort to speak French and good advice.

City hotel, clean, nice room furnishings, Wi-Fi, main street, good parking situation in garage in separate building, Be-/unloading right at the hotel entrance, very friendly reception and service, list with restaurant recommendations, city boring.

It had large beds which are unusual for Italy. Wifi was fast and reliable. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Spacious and clean modern room. The double bed comfortable and with one mattress… In short not a double obtained by the Union of two singles as often happens.
Friendly staff and ready to give advice on sightseeing and interesting places.
Very comfortable to go to the center also on foot and spacious parking available a a local annex to the structure.
Great breakfast with good and genuine products up to time from Week end.
Definitely come back.

Wonderful place with friendly and extremely helpful staff. The rooms have a beautiful modern decor with a certain architectural/geometrical feeling. The small restaurant with the optional garden seating serves a delicious fresh breakfast. Definitely one of the best options in the wonderful Mantova!

Access on the road, simple and almost modest, opening onto an Interior that turns out to be a surprise: minimal chic décor with attention to every detail, splendid courtyard with veranda, extraordinary friendly staff offering a homely hospitality without the slightest fall style.
The rooms are quiet, bright and spacious enough to allow a comfortable stay. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent breakfast. Interesting suggestions on where to eat, just a short walk from the hotel. Definitely worth mentioning to friends.

Beautiful Hotel within walking distance of the Centre of Mantua, cozy but elegant. I stayed for one night at this hotel, in a beautiful double room (vera double, not single beds pushed together as happens more and more often). The staff is very attentive and friendly staff, the breakfast buffet is excellent. Adjusted prices.
