The staff is not competent and does not prove to be able to deal with the customers, in addition the service is totally poor.

Opposite the train station in Mantova, a point of reference for business men and for tourists or for those who want to stay in a family hotel with owners very friendly and competent, polite staff, good cleaning of all the rooms, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Two steps from the historical centre and taxis at hand.

Booked hotel for one night as I couldn't find anything else. Receptionst was extremely rude and racist. I was asked to leave hotel at 9am as I haven't booked hotel for more days. I will never go there again and the hotel should teach some manners to their staff on how to treat customers. Very bad experience!

Not very large room but comfortable beds, the hotel has a parking but at a cost a bit high also saw the fact that nearby there are no parking. Good for those travelling by train. At breakfast I asked for a cappuccino and they told me to serve the automatic machine when in the facility they had a bar.

I booked hour before arriving, the room a triple with fireplace and ample bathroom. Only flaws the small TV and hovering over the fireplace. Good location.

To be in the center of Mantua one expects a little more. The rooms are small and poorly appointed. It's prices are more or less content and the staff is not that great.
Only positive note is that you are in front of the station and at 200 meters from the center of Mantua that is worth visiting.

Average… If you are looking for a level hotel it is not your hotel but it is always a clean and tidy environment. Maybe he'd need some old-timers.

Very nice place and great value for money. We spent there one night end of August on our way to Tuscany. The staff is great and very friendly. I had booked a family room for us and our two kids. What we got was more like a suite: two nice rooms & bathroom, all facing the really nice and quiet patio. We were offered a parking slot in the yard. That was very helpful, so we could leave most of our stuff in the car. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. Highly recommended!

Convenient location near Mantua train station. Great service. Clean. Good sleeping. Some small fixes are required in a room. Breakfast was "average".

Found a bit old environment, bad luck (I hope…) There was a bit of dust going around the room. It put a little discomfort.

Good location just opposite the central station. In a few minutes you can reach the city centre on foot. Guest rooms are clean, the one where I stayed a bit small but equally welcoming. Recommended for a cultural holiday because it is close to all points of interest.

Although I was in for a few minutes (I'm part of the provincial Board students) I thought it was a great hotel and with respect towards customers.

We did a weechend turning the city of Mantua.

Noisy traffic and the walls are ultra thin.

Conveniently located across from the train station is a short walk from the city centre and is well served by public transport. Extreme courtesy of the owners — a family dedicated to hotellerie — whose willingness to meet the needs and demands of our customers make Whites a rarity among the accommodations in the area. Does not have a restaurant but offers a decent breakfast and, if necessary, allows latecomers to enjoy great coffee at the bar. The original idea of having an interior garden, place of absolute calm and relaxation. Affordable prices. Internal car parking. Try and use as a base point for excursions to the town of Gonzaga and environs.

great location across from the train station and close to public transport. Excellent accommodation, quiet and spotlessly clean. Exquisite hospitality and friendliness always unexceptionable. Timeliness in receiving extra requests with extreme availability. Will definitely be back.
