Very good. Clean, nice, short drive or shuttle to terminal.

Hotel located 5 mins from Terminal 1 with comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Very friendly staff The breakfast they serve many soon. It has a shuttle service to and from the airport has parking. Recommended.

Lovely place. Soothing and relaxing, near to airport.

It was a very nice hotel.
But with such prices, a bit for the location, a bit for the quality of the rooms, I would have expected a much better service.
The shuttle driver literally left me in the rain, pulled in badly on the way.
And in the morning with a skimpy "good morning" of the series "Just because I have" accompanied me to the airport between one curse and the other.
In General I would have expected more friendliness.
The only flaw I found in the room was the fact that the heater did not go, as it may, last night it was quite cold.

Unexpected surprise! Bell Hotel with spacious rooms and pleasant view. The heating was very strong and allowed us to recover from the cold and the snow that was outside.

Beautiful, spotless, comfortable, quiet, you park your car directly in front of the entrance of the room. Privacy assured!

Ok. Thin walls, feels like your at a swingers party if your naboes are going for it. Simple breakfast. Location is like in the middle of nowhere. Staffservice excellent. Airport shuttle are easy.

Perfect very clean and everything in order a flaw the rooms are not soundproof so it can happen to hear a religious couple movement in the night, for everything else is 5 stars service including:)

I have been a customer for years, when I have to stay in Malpensa.
You could spend something less on other facilities, but the level of the hotel is high.
I don't give 5 stars to the noise of some rooms.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable in the room and all common areas. The lovely houseclaeaning staff actually saw me coming down the hallway with my bags and came to help me carry them!
Convenient shuttle to airport where you can catch trains to anywhere.
Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

They offer a great shuttle service for l'Malpensa airport 24 hours a day breakfast is excellent and varied, sweet and salty, the courtesy and kindness of both the staff and the owner. Flying out of Mapensa airport and stayed at hotel two nights at beginning and end of trip (April 2016). Was able to leave baggage for later pickup. Excellent service from all staff that I dealt with. The shuttle service to and from the airport worked very efficiently with minimal wait time. Hotel was modern and clean, and very reasonably priced to many others in the area J Gapp, Calgary, Canada.

The room is clean, big, a very nice, yet, never go there! For the servise was realy unfriendly. That is, in an understatement — even bad and realy just unsympathetic. Bad Human Relations. I paid for Bed & Breakfast, But got only bed — & Realy bad Manners! All the places that I was staying at in Italy — allways were realy friendly — The Malpensa Inn was the only one that I can call — Realy unfriendly & realy unkind! Not even for one night before the flight. I do not like to write bad rev. But I was so shocked that I have to. Maybe the problem was only with the receptionist that behaved terribly and was also in charge of breakfast & basicly on everything. If so, I'd be happy if the real management of the place will contact me!. I had a plane to catch and there was no time for complaints. I travel a lot or have ever encountered such a terrible behavior. Nice room is not everything! Sorry.
