Do not recommend! The room is very dirty, old and uncomfortable!
There is no space to dry your ski clothes and we didn’t even dare to place them on the moldy radiators.
The second morning we were left without hot water to shower… + it was moldy.
Beds are extremely uncomfortable, as you can feel every single spring and bump. We had 1 soft pillow and 1 that was rock hard.
Walls and doors also extremely thin, you get woken up or cannot sleep because of the sound of other people! Be prepared to get little sleep.
There is a “big” closet with barely place to put your clothes because there are 2 hangers and no cupboards!
When cleaning out the trash, we found a snail shell in one of the cabinets…
We get that it’s an apartment but would’ve been nice to at least have some handsoap / dishsoap and more than 2 toilet rolls (especially since we arrived after supermarkets closed)
Additional warning, if you come from the tunnel (where you already pay 50€ for a return ticket in Switzerland), on Saturday’s it’s closed from 9 — 18 to return! Would’ve been nice to have a warning somehow as we had to drive additional 2+ hours to get back!

Very poor property and service by the tourist agency — Erregi Livigno. The ground floor apartment 102b was cold and wet all the time. As a result there was mold in the apartment. Please see the pictures. We asked for a heater but it was given on the third day. One of the windows was not closing and there was a space which we had to fill with towels. Very poor property and service!

When we checked in the desk clerk was very gracious but her manager seemed distinctly unfriendly, and for no apparent reason. The place has several different apartments and I suppose one or more has been renovated since many of the photos were much nicer than our place. The top floor has sloped ceilings maybe 5 feet high at the walls, so at 6'2" tall I had to be careful in places, of not bumping my head. The lighting is rather dim – for example in the kitchen there are no windows and only one light, I would guess a 60 W bulb, centered on the wall opposite from the cabinets and counter. No soap in kitchen or bath, and only one roll of toiletpaper are provided. The kitchen has plates, forks etc. But none of the stuff that you usually have in terms of cleaning supplies, trash bags, salt and pepper, etc. (it did have one dish towel) so other than dishes bring literally everything you plan to need. The shower was smaller and rather dilapidated compared with the nice one featured in photos, and in the morning shower the water was barely warm and the water pressure was also a bit weak. The "twin bed" turned out to be a very uncomfortable cot. Finally 9:30 AM is the earliest checkout requirement we have ever experienced. So we would not rent here again. Some pluses worth mentioning: the place was reasonably clean, and had more than adequate parking, both free and convenient. The main bed was large and reasonably comfortable.
