I was in this hotel for 4 days in early July. Hotel located near the centre of Livigno, very friendly and helpful owners and staff as well. My husband and I booked half board and were satisfied: with a choice between two first and two seconds, two types of vegetables always included and to finish sweet.
I would like to do this to those who want to take a quiet and cheap holiday.
I hope to be back next year.

Great location near the slopes, clean rooms, varied early morning buffet, simple dinner menu but plentiful and good dishes, friendly management is available.

No old place and not cared for.
Bad eating poor breakfast and funny in the evening bad eating old people and not welcoming.

Great… The staff of Sala, Giovanna and Alessandro, always available attentive to the needs of the customer…

Courtesy of the staff. Cleaning. Enough variety for breakfast and dinner (half board). Located in a good location from the centre and the shops and close to the bus stop (free service). Good for groups and families.

The Room was suprisingly new. Especially the Bathroom was pretty modern. Everything was clean and the beds were made daily. I was missing a good service for the towels. The personal was friendly. The receptionist speaks english and italian. An old couple who seem to be the owners of the Hotel are capable of a little bit german and italian. The personal in the breakfast/dining room speaks english and italian. The breakfast was good and the croissants were the best I have ever eaten. There were all sorts of jam and also honey, nutella and everything for a sweet breakfast. But it was missing a wide selection of cheese and sausage which was pretty small. There was coffe, a good tea selection, pineapple and orange juice. And of course also buns which were handed in a separate basket for each table. The dinner was good and mostly consisted out of classic italian food. We had to choose what we want to eat by ticking one out oft three posible dishes for starter and Main course on a paper which was handed out at dinner the day before. The dinner always startet between 19:00 and 19:30 with a salad buffet. After the two dishes we had chosen the day before we could choose out of a wide selection of deserts which was changing everyday. There was panacotta, fruit salad, strudel etc. To choose from. The Hotel is made with lots of wood and is family friendly. There is a bar and a ski storage. One of the best things was the extremely short way to the skilift.

Very nice hotel, owners are also very kind and are very helpfull. There was no problem to put our motorbikes in the garage. Rooms are clean and big enough. We were there on the 16 of august 2016 and we had a lot of rain. It was no problem that we dry our motorsuits in the drying room. Diner was not possible but the breakfast was good. Next time we will come back.

Great food, clean, friendly staff and owners, furniture a bit dated and small rooms but overall in good condition, no lift but a little momentum does well just a few meters from the ski lift, very good quality/prezzo recommend.

Hotel federia offers a wide range of choice for food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Food very good, rooms are spacious, bright and beautiful. Being a two star hotel, rooms are small but clean.
