Really nice hotel, nice and clean. The kitchen is great, both for adults and toddlers. The staff were nice and friendly.
I would only recommend to include at least the water included in the price of meals or at least to lower the costs otherwise. With the cost of alcohol in the free zone, it's worth pasta with that!

Small but clean rooms. I spend time on it when I go skiing in Livigno and I've always felt good until now. The staff were friendly and helpful at reception.

We came back yesterday from a weekend spent in this family hotel, I recommend it!
Virtually new environments.
Very clean in all areas, from the rooms to the pool/wellness area.
Competent and sympathetic staff will accompany you in all your needs to make your stay at the top.
Simple but great and plentiful cuisine.

Family friendly, very nice staff. Quiet location a bit off the busy town center. Bike rental is around the corner. Our favourite stay in livigno!

The holiday in Livigno at Hotel Capriolo was a unique experience!
I haven't taken a break from study/work for 4 years and the hotel staff have been relaxing, kind, helpful and professional (especially the new receptionist, a virtually perfect girl), all of which helped me recharge my energy.
The receptionists are very prepared. Several times we were able to recommend activities to do, places to visit and places to eat.
Some mornings they also looked after the kitten we had until our room had been arranged by the cleaning ladies.
The cooks are very good. The dinner menu usually consists of various dishes, including many typical Valtellinese dishes.
The spa (included in the price) is small and very nice and includes many amenities, some of which, in the spas, would be paid separately.
The cleaning was done with care and also meeting our needs (we had a kitten and in order to be able to re-free it in the room, we were given priority so we did not have to miss the morning waiting for our room to be clean).
The only drawback I found was the size of the bed, a little small (it must also be said that I am almost 1, 90 m tall), but to recover just a nice night's sleep at home.
I am very satisfied with all the services of the Hotel Capriolo, you are very good!

Great. Staff always helpful and professional. Great SPA to relax the swim in the pool… for those who ski… downhill and cross-country tracks everywhere and free public transport… and then. Dogs are accepted… highly recommend… I will be back.

Spacious rooms, warm and cozy interior, great breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff. 5 min walk from ski slopes. + Great assortiment of Wines Would definitely recommend!

Clean rooms and courtesy are one of the strong points of this Hotel, which in spite of the contained size has all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. Excellent and varies the kitchen.

We have spent a week at his hotel three years in a raw with the family and friends.
The restaurant staff is fantastic and will do everything to make you happy.
Playroom for the kids close to the bar and restaurant give you the possibility to relax.
If it doesn't help they have a really nice relaxing area in the basement with jacuzzi and different type of saunas.

I was a guest at this property for 11 nights and I can only be SUPER satisfied and happy. Kindness and order they do as Mistress… Spa excelled the food great. Staff and owners very kind and helpful. … what about the reception Claudia makes you feel like a family. Highly recommend.

Quiet rooms, very friendly staff, perfect location close to San Rocco lifts, bus stops, supermarket, delicious food in restaurant, nice Wellness, garage and police station next door, so you can feel really safe.

Despite being cute and cozy enough, the overall experience was quite disappointing especially on face food. We spent Christmas with the family and Christmas menu was absolutely inappropriate. I don't really remember the last time we ate so bad: ridiculous portions, quality of food poor and sloppy and unprofessional service (ex: the maid didn't want to change the dirty cutlery). The next day even worse: dinner with his minuscule portions and wine with Coke bottles.
The Spa is cute but not very relaxing, being an open space without separate area for relaxation. The clientele was very noisy and relaxation is just missed.
The rooms are nice but nothing of that. The second night I had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water.
Finally, concluded the stay, we were charged two beauty treatments that we did. Hallucinating!
Overall a very disappointing experience, especially for food and service that should be totally revolutionized to justify the price and distance from the town center. Wouldn't come back and I would not recommend staying here for more than one night without food.
