We stopped here last year, whilst on a road trip and were late arriving but Melissa was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us our Maremma puppy. Fantastic service, beautiful view and absolutely welcoming. I felt comfortable as soon as we arrived! I will be returning :) Giuseppe and Saba x.
The view is breathtaking. The housing very nice and in excellent condition. The people extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Booked a room here, we travelled from UK on a very very long road trip and this was the first place we were stopping at and needed to sleep. We arrived very excited and ready to settle down, on arrival the look on Melissa's face looked concerning. It was clear she had double booked or forgotten about our booking. I'm not sure how or why but all I know is after travelling through France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland this is not what we needed. She and her husband were extremely rude, not helpful and did not even bother to apologise and basically told us to go. We stayed here last year no problem, and I cannot believe what actually happen this time round! If you book here BEWARE when you turn up they may just turn you away. Luckily we drove around and found a place called HOTEL LE CINQUE Case, they were extremely welcoming, helpful and gave us and our dog a room instantly because we told them of our situation. Also, it was alot cheaper and nicer than this place. The view was spectacular and so much better, and the food at the restaurant was delicious! So please be careful when booking with Melissa, she cannot be trusted and put me and my family in an awful place!
