Family-run accommodation with very friendly and helpful staff. Super good cuisine at moderate prices — I can only recommend — also suitable for solo travellers.

I strongly recommend this lovely place! It has not only a very good location, friendly and helpful staff, but also great food and coffee :) I stayed at Il Grifo two nights with my newly married wife — we wanted to have a post-wedding photoshoot in Villa del Balbianello, which is quite close from Il Grifo. One day when we came back from the photos to change our clothes, we were spotted in our wedding clothes by one of the workers who immediately gave us her best wishes and a few moments later she knocked on our door with a bottle of prosecco and a bowl of peanuts with wishes from the whole staff. That was a very nice surprise! We didn't expect it at all and we were very happy :)
We enjoyed our stay very much and we'll definetely visit the place again the next time we're in Lenno.

Great dinner, a week ago with 3 girlfriends We spent a nice weekend on Lake Como around Villas and we had a great time both for dinner and for the overnight. Exquisite Staff. I hope to return to the area and to go back to "il Grifo"

Excellent typical Cuisine. The kindness of the staff deserves in commendable appreciation if you find yourself in the area worth a visit.

I frequent this inn for several years always with great satisfaction the food is good presented with simplicity but always in abundant quantities the owners the staff are friendly and always available an innovation the spaghetti with Missoltino really Special.

This B&B / restaurant offered one of the most memorable meals we had in Italy. Try the lake fish sampler and the traditional apple dessert, amazing! Room was clean, lovely view, great water pressure for shower, kind hosts, great breakfast. Close to lots of attractions. Would love to return!

Super service and super food, very nice little local restaurant.

Our family enjoyed a stay at Il Grifo in July. We had a family room with a double bed and bunk beds, and a very clean modern bathroom. We enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning with fresh-made espresso, cappuccino, and croissants. Alice went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

Fishes of lake fried excellent. Misultino soused very good. Sweet typical : an omelet of apples with sugar (fine)

For years, we go there. In the beginning it was tolerable. Simple but cured as the service.
From a couple of years has worsened …
Stayed one evening a week.
Bad cooking. Both in quality and preparation. Warm white wine.
And x finish the Bill … that nn has had a decline like the rest. Indeed.
I'm sorry was one of our stops.
But I will be back.

A local restaurant, has some outdoors seating and proposes a nice service/food selection. Nothing fancy or special but good solid food.

Amazing family atmosphere! Very good food and wine. Really friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for holiday with the family! Highly recommended! Totally fantastic time in Lenno.
