Beautiful place and well cared for. The lady that runs it is seen that there holds a lot to its guests and to this care of every detail. The villa is very large with a nice park in front. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all comforts. Breakfast was excellent and for all tastes. I don't think you can find nothing better to Lecco and the surrounding area. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

La struttura è perfetta. Situata in una zona poco trafficata (escludendo le ambulanze) in un perimetro privato con un muro e cancello automatico. Cordialità e disponibilità del personale, stanze intime, carine e ben organizzate (anche ae il caldo si fa sentire un pochino senza condizionatore). Bagno privato, frigo, TV e bei letti. Unica pecca, forse, sono le porte delle stanze che ad alcuni potrebbero dare l'idea di poca sicurezza, ma essendo una villa piccola non penso ci sia tanto traffico di persone (e quindi pericoli)

Spacious room, lots of charm. The villa is beautiful, we can take advantage of the spaces in the garden and the park. Very warm welcome. Very comfortable bed. No chain French international on tv. Be careful because the bathrooms are common, for those that it might bother them (and the TOILET is in the bathroom). Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Lecco. Very good report quality/price for those who can't afford one of the expensive hotels by the lake, which are at the edge of the water.
