We knew about the A9 close by but it certainly didn’t refrain us from enjoying our lovely terrasse with a view. At times birds were even noisier. The only tiny criticism, being picky, was the absence of a light in the ceiling of the terrasse, preventing us from reading outside. Gorgeous B&B with a fully stocked mini bar and luxury amenities.

My son and myself had a great stay in the suite with lake view on our way to Italy; very convenient place close to the motorway exit. However, for our return trip we reserved the suite via e-mail for the whole family of four, only to find out the next day that the room had been given to s. O. Else and the only alternative would be two double rooms at a much higher price. B&B Vistalago had made us an offer via e-mail, which we accepted in writing only 2 hours later, also giving our credit card details to guarantee this reservation. When we called B&B Vistalago they tried to let this look like a misunderstanding. Perhaps in Como this is called a misunderstanding, where I live if you step back from an offer that has been accepted in writing with a credit card number as a guarantee, it is called cheating. Please be careful when you make reservations with B&B Vistalago to make sure all promises are kept.
