Clean and comfortable hotel. Very nice and helpful owner. Told us where to go, what to see how not to lose time in the empty. Before leaving told what ways it is better to go. I advise this place. There is parking for cars free of charge.

We were there for a day, on the occasion of the first May bridge. Nice and clean Hotel, the owner very friendly and helpful: On arrival He immediately explained the attractions of Sirmione and has in practice organized the day without wasting our time! In the evening he recommended places to dine and offered to call the locals in our place to feel the availability. At our departure, he advised us which way back to undertake to visit the most suggestive places of Lake Garda. Top Experience! Recommended!

At the time we arrived we were greeted at the moment Davide, very charming, attentive and friendly, helped us in everything, told us the places we should visit, not only in Sirmione and Lago di Garda, but also later when we were leaving. All the places were beautiful. A crack without a doubt, highly recommended, without a doubt would return. Very spacious room with balcony. Free parking. Besides, he helped us with the suitcases and worried about how we had gone.

Simple hotel, the rooms are not modern and equipped with the essential comforts (small TV) but present fridge and conditioner. It is a two-star hotel and as such the bathroom is not brand new, soap in the bathroom and dated towels. Despite this spotless, beds redone in the morning (not discounted in the 2 stars).
Free parking (Sirmione is blue area). Convenient location on the way to the center.
The owner is worth 5 stars never met a person who loved his work, always greets you as much as he hears you enter and is always ready to give you the best advice, where to eat, where to park but above all offers you itineraries depending on the weather in the neighboring countries really good: ask him not to make itineraries is the best solution. If on the return you advise to go toBergamo avoid, the advice is good but it is impossible to park in that city.
Should I come back I have no doubt where I'd stay!

We were there the last decade of January, for a weekend, quiet little place, clean and warm room (seen the period) Exquisite owners. We had a great time. Advice without a doubt.

Stayed here 3 nights for New Year. Everything nice clean… The very kind owners in particular David gave us a lot of advice. Where to go and how to move us… Really recommended.

Small hotel with big Hospitality. We have a big balcony which is nice! Thank you. The shampoo and soap provided are low quality, better to bring your owns. There're no toothbrush and paste, so remember to bring yours too)

Nice, quiet hotel. Close to bus stop, variety of restaurants, gellateries and caffeteries. Parking, Wi-Fi, bar. Warm and nice owners with beautiful cat. Good price for value.

Hotel in cui ho pernottato solo un notte, non avevo preso ne colazione, ne pranzo, ne cena. Camera spaziosa con condizionatore e un balcone molto comodo e grande. l'Hotel è a due passi da un supermercato, comodo arrivando dall'autostrada e solamente a 2.5km dalla città vecchia (navette per la città vecchia ogni 10 minuti con partenza a 100mt dall'hotel). Una nota di merito va al proprietario (sempre carino e gentile) che non appena arrivati ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per muoverci, come arrivare a tutti I luoghi di interesse, cosa visitare e in che spiagge andare. Esperienza ottima!

Perfect for my needs, would have given 5 stars but for the limited breakfast. Will be back for a short stay as it represents value for money considering it's location on the shores of Garda.

We got a double room and it was really a surprise. We did not expect to find such a nice room. The real difference, however, is the owner of the property. Never found a person who takes so much care about the customer. Always friendly and helpful to exaggeration. A true rarity. Really congratulations. Loved it.
