Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. Rooms cleaned daily very spacious spotless. Very comfortable beds. Restaurant staff so helpful and attentive. Made specific food for our children. Stephan so friendly and funny great with all guests. Pool lovely and clean. They give you clean pool towels daily. Highly recommended this hotel will definitely be back thank you.

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. The food was excellent and we'll presented. Mention must be given to the bar maid, think her name was Nicolette she explained drinks and was always helpful and cheerful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going over to that part of Italy.

This is one superb Hotel, from the front desk to the outstanding Al a Cart Restaurant, each an everyone within this Hotel provide a 5star service, will be back again soon.

Nice and clean Rooms. Breakfast varied and good. Non-thermal Swimming pool 2, 5 km from the old town but convenient to the shuttle bus that passes every 15 minutes.

Beautiful property, ideal for families, wide all, free service bicycles for center, Castle area and or beach. Cramped the parking lot but all in all the problem resolves with the consecutive public Park. Quiet area. Recommended for privacy. Comfortable rooms, balcony and fitness facilities. Payment by any means or card.

Top hotel, Good location!
Our room was fresh from the factory, all in great condition, always clean and equipped with a great design! (Rain shower, super beds, 2i flatscreen TVs)
The staff was always friendly and endeavours to give guests a pleasant stay.
If you are looking for a quiet accommodation, you have come to the right place!
Only minus point: The hotel is hardly aimed at children! No playground, no children's menus in the attached restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay here. This is a nice place for families to stay for a weekend. The location is conveniently located to many things in the area. The newly renovated rooms were very nice lots of outlets to include a USB port in the wall. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. My family and I would stay here again.

Excellent both for cleaning and for the location, with the shuttle bus that passes every 15 minutes, takes you to 50 meters and you arrive in 5 minutes in Sirmione Center just outside the Rocca Scaligera, wishing you can also rent bikes but unfortunately it is a service fee and sync I would say also Caruccio, there is parking both outside and underground this is included and is also very convenient, unfortunately does not have the spa, the water of the pool is not thermal nor heated, but overall I would say that its four stars are there.

Great hotel located in a strategic location not too far from the old town nor too close to the hustle and bustle that is created in the streets on the feast days as in my case the 1st may bridge. It also has a swimming pool. The hotel has two car parks one underground inside and one outside in the parking lot adjacent to it are both free. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and knowledgeable and the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable while the size of them in my opinion is more than fair. I would definitely stay here again.

A little "old style" (rooms with carpeting and furnishing years ' 80), discreet service, good location.

The Hotel as an whole is good, the employees are very friendly, the breakfast was good. But there were a few things which are no-goes, so that I have to reduce the rating. For example the hot chocolate has had an slime like texture (see picture) and was undrinkable. The shower head was defect, the matress was hard as stone (it is definetly nothing for lightweight people), my bedding had bloodstains on it, the light of the nightside table can't be switched off to 0, the doors were VERY noisy, you could hear every door opening like 5 rooms apart. And still, I didn't had the feeling that it was a bad stay, especially because the employees were great, charming and friendly. If you don't need a high standard quick stay, this place is for you.

This has to be the best team of staff ever in any hotel that we have stayed in all so pleasant and helpful from minute one when Carolina checked us in and on check out being given a breakfast pack to take with us as our flight was so early.
The hotel is SPOTLESS and so comfortable everything that you need for a relaxing break
Being able to have large pots of coffee which you refilled yourself at breakfast was amazing
It is situated out of town but within easy access of sirimione by shuttle bus
Top marks to you all we will definitely be back
If there is one thing that could be improved the huge tree at pool in front of balconies needs to go to improve overall views but that is just being picky

Room was fine but old and not super clean. Breakfast was ok.

Is worth his money. Old Town very nice. Is easily accessible by a small walk or bus.

Magical and Romantic place! Tip for a weekend with historical and relaxing background! Not to mention the good bubbles to taste!

Very good room with nice bathroom. Everything clean. Hotel parking was free of charge. The breakfast was also good and adequate. The service staff at breakfast was sometimes "musty" and you had the feeling that you were disturbed. But everything else was good.

2 nights stay at this property. Not bad all in all even when compared with facilities of equal stars nothing to excelled as offering. In the norm come on.

Bad: only the unfriendly dinner personal especially a young guy… and the poor water pressure in the bathroom. Besides that the rooms were very clean and the hotel is worth visiting.

The best food I ever had for an hotel, but only one chef knows well how to cook, he is usually available most of the days though, the service on the restaurant from the waiters is really amazing considering once again it's just a 4 star hotel. It's true that is more suitable for families and couples not wanting to be disturbed, but that food is worth it…

Truly an excellent hotel I could not fault the food, service and the rooms very helpfully staff.

This hotel is about 25 min walk from Sirmione old town. It's centrally located for the local bus and connexions to Verona. The hotel is clean and modern with nice pool area. The hotel food is sadly below par offering tasteless food with tasteless wine, and your expected to be grateful for it. We however opted to eat out at the local restaurants near by and in Sirmione only 5 min away by bus (cost €1.5 single or €1 if you purchase the tickets in advance at the bus stance in Sirmione) I would give this hotel 4 stars if we were only bed and breakfast, but as we opted for half board it has to be 3.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel few minor hiccups like right out side our balcony was a big tree and that's all we could see there was no entertainment on a part from one night. The staff are very friendly Natterly who was the girl waitress was very good and worked very hard. The hotel was very clean the maids came in everyday clean towels and bedding everyday. Meals were very nice but not enough tiramisu was given out haha it was lovely the waiters were brilliant. I would stay there again definitely. There was no comming down at 5-30am to cue for a sunbed they were always available thank you hotel du parc for looking after us x.

Nice rooms, technically well equipped, friendly staff, rich breakfast buffet — but be careful: horrible coffee.

I stayed with my wife for two days and I must say that the Hotel looks good in its structure four stars. Even the evening meal and the breakfast were good, too, like the cleanliness and service at the table, the only flaw I can say that the room is not well insulated and therefore noisy.

Couldn't be more helpful Cycle hire and a free shuttle bus available if you don't fancy the walk into the centre of Sirmione. All the staff support helpful, in particular Alice on the front desk. Rare to see people genuinely going out of their way to make things better for you. Would recommend for that reason alone.

Stayed here for a week. Very nice hotel. Unspectacular but sound. We were half board. Meals excellent from a limited menu. Staff were very nice. It is a good 40 minute walk into Sirmioni so for some the hotel would be a little far out of town.
