➜ Biking, hiking, relaxing, enjoying.
➜ We were about the year change for two with dog at La Palazzina.
The reception was very friendly and also the grounds are very nice. The apartment was sparsely furnished, living room with a sitting sofa bed, mini table, small carpet, sideboard with TV, kitchenette with attached table and 4 chairs. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Bedroom with old musty closet. End.
There was a heating system in which it was necessary to say that it was operated via a gas thermal bath and the radiators were very hot but this heat was not levied on the surroundings. In addition, the cubic metre of 3, 50 euros for the gas seemed extremely high. (On the Internet, the average natural gas price in Italy is 0.71 euro) This was of course extra charged and paid for. Since the floors and also the walls are not insulated and everything from stone, or tiles, the apartment was not really warm and cozy to get.
It is also much more negative that some of the remaining apartments were rented out on New Year's Eve to a group of young people who naturally made Remmidemmi accordingly. I think that should have been stated in advance. Especially because we chose this apartment due to its quiet location (because of dog and pounding).
Conclusion: We can not recommend La Palazzina for the cooler season, as there are much better facilities in the surrounding area and above all a warm room.
