Friendliness and then the lagotop view room.

The room with view of the lake and was the best choice we could do, good food, attentive staff.

Choice more than right, great hotel, kindness and care of the guest, good food… great context. They are heartbroken, I will certainly come back.

Top location directly on the lake. We were there with dog and everyone was very friendly. Man and four-legged friend. The rooms serve their purpose and are clean, but are not quite time-like. All in all very pleasant stay.

The owners and staff are kind and attentive to the needs of the guests. Beautiful and comfortable room with balcony lake view. Great cleaning. Wide choice in the kitchen.

Good hotel with a sensational location on the main promenade with wonderful lake views. We used their restaurant service and the attention received by the staff was correct. The food was ok and the cost was quite acceptable. As the only negative point point point that we had no air conditioning (I don't know if there was) and we had an awesome heat.

Pro: Super views, great staff, great location, soundproofed windows
Contra: Fock-hard beds, no fridge.

Super location right on the shore of Lake garda!
Staff friendly and room partly beautifully renovated … Part… They have forgotten the bathroom or never looked at it … (Pictures) unfortunately because of this 3 stars.

Comfortable. Friendly staff. Strategic point because in front you have immediately the lake with the beach and the walk that takes you immediately in the central street of Movida. I recommend it.

Great hotel very friendly persional Super location.

Stayed for one day but was pleased with the hotel. The location is very good, in the room is clean, from the lake View room wonderful sunrises, right across from the hotel across the road a small beach, a little walk to the left, if you stand back to the hotel-a large beach, right-the bustling part of town. Car can be left in the parking lot, located on a perpendicular street to the Hotel Street (right from the hotel, for the corner and on the hill) when paying in the hotel cost was less (€10 days). The breakfasts are simple for a multi-day stay, but for 1-2 days is normal. The location is very good-and the busy "center" go not far and in the evening there is no noise of night life. The town itself is very pleasant.

The best hotel in Desenzano!

Clean simple rooms, good maids that change bed and towels every day. Very good and friendly staff, and this is very important to me. Super location next to old town, silence in the night time. Beach under the balcony. But please add a fridge to rooms. It's a standart. Keep up the good work.

Perfect spot, very clean lovely breakfast and balcony.

Beautiful location on the Lake. Priceless to see the sun rising from the Lake.
