Very nice staff, great clean rooms with air conditioning. The pizza from the stone oven is recommended, but unfortunately a point deduction for the breakfast, because it is unfortunately very small and you hardly have a chance to get anything else (things are counted).

Best pizza and best coffee. The room is very nice and the surroundings quiet. Around the corner is a wholesale market where you can stock up on food.

Good location Great to relax a few days.

Good location, halfway between Sirmione and Desenzano. Private parking, friendly staff, very quiet area. We had the room right above a pizzeria, and the Saturday evening was not exactly silent, but patience, all the rest is perfect: cleanliness, helpfulness and great room. The breakfast is not buffet but is served at the table and there is still choice. They do not have restaurant but "just" a pizzeria, there is no elevator. In short, for a star too!

Hospitable, clean, quiet, nice overall, the breakfast is excellent, and is attached to the pizzeria always of their management, the pizza is really good easy to digest and use raw materials of excellent quality. It is my favorite pizza place. The staff of the "Quiet" is fantastic, always a smile and always available. My husband and I go to them for our weekend and for small vacations.

Been there for a pizza with my wife in March 2018 (we have been there several times in the last few years). Very good pizza with wood-burning oven. Clean, informal and cozy. Wait is quite long on average.

It will be rated at 1 star, but their kindness, welcome and cleanliness are 5 stars! Our room was huge and the bathroom also, and despite the ambience it was really large it was adequately heated! How wonderful! I will definitely go back!

Excellent place value for money. Everything is built and kept to the higher standards including the bathrooms and communal area and facilities. There is a pizza restaurant with an stone oven and a bar with liquor and 3 draft beers. The staff is very lovely pleasant and helpful. The includes breakfast is very nice including all the cappuccinos and lattes etc all handmade. Not machine. There's is ham and cheese. Bread. Croissants and toast/rusks. There is butter. Jams and nuttela. If you want to sunbathe there is massive wrap around Terrance in the second floor with sun loungers. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Hi, a cheap hotel have sought, and posted this. The pictures on the website looked good. Locally, we were friendly. The rooms are simple, functional, but it was already clear at the price that we will not live in the pure luxes. There are Wi-Fi and TV. The pizzeria in the House makes good food, so it saves itself after the arrival to evening to leave the House again.
The major disappointment came the next day. The breakfast is an imposition. There was no fresh bread or buffet, but pre-packed Croisants from the supermarket, Loveless assembled plate of cheese and sausage, toast separately from the welded Pack. Fresh stuff like fruits, cereals etc. Error display. We have often made holiday in Italy, but it was really hardcore! If you are looking for a cheap room for an overnight stay, I can recommend the hotel if you want to make holiday, then either book somewhere else, or you're going to have breakfast somewhere else.
