➜ Hotel very well located 30 minutes from come and lecco with swimming pool all in autonomy.

➜ He deserves better. Maybe even 5 stars. Wonderful place, peace and air of home. Problems? Related to management. We arrived at 3pm and after checking in (you do it in another property) we reached the property. Frigor not working, not bad the staff immediately provides us with another fridge (the one in the kitchen).
In the evening I notice that on the window c is a message do not open written in ink on a piece of paper … but the window is open and doesn't close. We're on the ground floor. A very courteous reception guy changes us room… on the first floor and we have stroller etc. In short, great place, you would lack a bit of attention to make it better. I have to say that in any case the problems were resolved in a timely manner.
Other? Maybe the rooms are a bit too small and the pool is a bit dirty.
Positive experience anyway.

I ask for late check out, of course also for a fee. Answer? We have the structure full.
I can understand.
In fact I explained that the room would be freed in time and that before the arrival of the other guests we would also free the common spaces. They gave us an extra 60 minutes…
