The hotel charged me 21.50 EUR more than the booking confirmation. When I made them aware of this mistake, they were arguing and being impolite, instead of simply apologizing and showing some sort of hospitality. They did refund me in the end (after too many emails) since finally they agreed they made a mistake.

Very good hotel.
Location — It is right in the heart of the city and just 900m away from the Lecco central station. Everything from here is accessible.
Host — The owner of the place welcomed us and guided us through Lecco. He also arranged for a cab for us.
Property — the rooms are very neat and clean with all amenities. They have a pantry which is open 24/7 and you can get water, plates, etc. Also, it has a lift which makes going up and down very easily.
Amazing property and host overall.

I stayed from 15th to 21st September in this SoloSonno hotel. Owner and other staffs were very kind. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The hotel place was very convenient to go to University and the city centre. I can recommend this hotel stay to many people. If I will come to Polimi Uni Lecco campus to perform the collaboration research, I will stay at this hotel. Thank you!
