We had the pleasure of staying in this property for 4 nights. Amazing beds and great breakfast. Select a room with a view of the lake if possible. Patrici4 at the front desk was one of the best customer service I've had. The location is very good as it is very close to the piazza and the train station. Book a taxi with a day in advance at the front desk as there are no ubers in Lecco.

We stayed here for a week in September 2024, this hotel is really lovely, modern and clean, has a welcoming reception area with food and drink options to purchase if required. The room was nice with a great view of the lake, had all facilities you could require and bonus of a fridge on the room. Breakfast had a good choice of continental each day. Location was good on the lake and 5-10 walk into the main areas of lecco.
The only one downside of this hotel was the staff, during our week we found none of the staff friendly or welcoming at all, none of them communicated with us and felt completely like they didn’t want any guests there, with them being rude at times and we also talked with other guests during our stay who had the same experience. An extra One evening we thought we would have a nice drink in The bar of the hotel and we literally got an eye roll from the bar staff and it proved way too much trouble for two glasses of wine to serve to us a polite couple staying in the hotel.
I hope management will sort their staff out as the hotel is very nice itself.

There are no words to describe how beautiful this hotel is and how beautiful the stay was! I am forever grateful to Jesus, that I was blessed with such a beautiful experience in Como, Italy! The staff were so heartwarming! They were so kind, patient, gentle and providing service to the guests in need! I appreciate the refreshments that were provided to the hotel guests. This was my best NH Hotel experience. This hotel felt expensive and was an amazing value for Como, Italy! The rooms were also impeccably clean. I am very observant when it comes to beds, but these beds were crisp and clean! And I actually felt so comfortable in this beautiful hotel room. I could’ve stayed a week in this hotel, you feel so at home! And the bathroom was also beautiful! I recommend this hotel, if you are looking for a beautiful stay, clean rooms, kind staff and a special or romantic experience for an amazing value this is the place to stay! 🤍🙏
