Beautiful amazing Villa with a character. Lovely place for family or groups. We stayed there family of 12 p.
Ground floor has a launch, big dinning room, a very big and comfortable kitchen and a nice hall. 1st floor has 4 beautiful bedrooms for a couple each room with nice historic furnitures. All with renovated new bathrooms (2 of them has a bath tab).
The 2nd floor has another 3 or 4 rooms.
Hugh garden with lovely trees and nice swimming pool.
The supermarket is 3 minutes walk.
The lake is 7 minutes walk.
Dervio is a quite town. But we hired a car and travels all around Como lake to beautiful towns and views.
Few issues:
— Taking additional 50€ for late check in.
— lots of mosquitoes.
— Very close to a train station. Easy for travelers. The noise didn’t interfere us.
— No cleaning service or changing towels during the stay.

Nice and spacious holiday villa with a pool. We had a great time here, but also a few remarks. The garden is not maintained, therefore quite messy and lacks a nice seating area. Furthermore lots of small things that were not ok (like damaged pans, dirty washing machine, bad Wi-Fi reception etcetera) that we have informed the owner of, and should be replaced/fixed for a house of this class.
Beware that the house is next to a relatively quiet but not completely silent train station!
