Nice hotel in a great location. Shares a building with various full time residents. Our room did not have a view (as expected) but was close to the ferry terminal. Good Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Note, the breakfast is a ticket to the nearby restaurant, which was fine. Breakfast cost 10€ when booked or 12€ if we just ordered at the restaurant.
Lovely characterful b&b in a central location and a few steps across the road to the lake and ferry terminal. Also less than a 5 min walk to Como Lago train station, so super handy for travel to/from Malpensa airport, which is just over an hour. Breakfast (if taken) is served in a nice little restaurant next door to the b&b. Our double room was pleasant with antique furniture, which fits the property character. Nice modern en-suite and good air con. Lovely and clean with helpful and friendly staff. Ideal for a short city break and wanting to explore Lake Como.

Stayed here for a couple of days. Brilliant location, right near the lake. Room was lovely and very clean. Camilla was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. Breakfast was at a cafe near the lake. The pancakes were lovely but the staff were a bit grumpy! We really enjoyed staying here and we definitely recommend it!
