Reviews of La Tegola
➜
Large bedroom with attached bathroom. Very good bedding and nice decor. Favorite for the hostess and the breakfast. Mari gave excellent advice and always had a beautiful smile. Every morning, fruit juice, coffee, tea, cold meats, cheese, fruit, different little homemade cakes, jam, yogurt… (I'm sure I'm forgetting something: there's something for everyone)
I highly recommend.
➜ Thank you Mari for a wonderful stay in your B&B.
We stopped in Como for one night. The room was very clean and well equipped.
The restaurant recommendation in the evening was very good. The breakfast buffet with home-baked cakes and cookies, plenty of fruit and savory dishes was the perfect start to the day.
We have rarely had such warm hosts.
We would love to come back.

My experience at this property was absolutely unacceptable.
I had a confirmed booking from August 22–24. Upon arrival in Como after 10:30 pm, I discovered that the host had cancelled my reservation at the very last minute without offering any alternative. Even worse, when I reached the property, the host had turned off the doorbell, leaving me literally stranded outside with no possibility to enter.
As a result, I was left in the middle of the night in a foreign city with no accommodation, forced to take an additional taxi and pay for a new hotel at my own expense.
I travel frequently and have stayed in many properties around the world — I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. To make matters worse, I attempted to contact the host again the following day, but they simply ignored me.
This is not only irresponsible but also damaging to the reputation of Booking. Com. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property entirely.
