The service was courteous and pleasant throughout the evening. However, the food did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price.
The pesto sauce was overly greasy, and the mushroom pasta had an unpleasant, gluey texture—possibly due to excessive cream or the use of frozen mushrooms. Despite this, the staff handled the situation gracefully by canceling the pesto dish and offering a complimentary limoncello.
While the hospitality was commendable, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired.

Rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was truly disappointing. The prices are outrageously high for what you get. The food was far below expectations — the polenta was bland and tasteless, and the pork shoulder (“presa”) tasted like something straight out of a supermarket package. Nothing felt fresh or thoughtfully prepared.
To make matters worse, the customer service was almost nonexistent. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and we were left waiting far too long for everything. For the prices they charge, I expected a much higher level of quality and care. Definitely not worth it. I won’t be coming back.

We came here for a day, the hotel owner was very hospitable and very friendly. We booked a room at the second floor but we wanted one on the first floor this all was no problem. The beds were a bit small and the decor was a bit dated. The location was beautiful. We were late for breakfast, and they prepared dinner for us, which we received for free. Very satisfied.
