As a couple, we were here in October for five night and to be honest, the location of the hotel is perfect, multiple track and hike routes are just around the corner.
This hotel is more or less the only option for people to meet (there is one more bar in the town) and chat next to a drink. During the weekdays there was nobody around, only a few guest. It was our bad luck that the room next to us was a family with two loud kids, however when we asked the staff to change room they were super friendly and helpful and offered another room where we could barely hear the family. Only one of the staff could speak English, but it is not a problem, they did try to communicate as they could, plus for effort ☺️
During the weekend there were more people and thus, more noise was coming from the bar, we could hear it in the room.
The rooms are just big enough, no needles space and they were comfortable and clean.
The restaurant is nice, really high quality environment and delicious foods, but compared to other venues nearby a little bit pricey. The breakfast is good and delicious if you get down early enough. We usually went down in the last half hour of the breakfast time and they did not replace the food that did not last. Totally understandable, it is just a notice.
There was a free parking area behind the hotel. And the view from the windows and the restaurant is amazing.
