Very clean, very nice staff, quite acceptable breakfast. We met a lovely receptionist. We were very advised by a typical restaurant with a very good price. Although it is quite far from the centre, it communicates very well with the tram. I'm not advising the subway at all.

My 12 year old daughter & I have enjoyed 4 nights here, no issues… helpful multilingual staff, nothing was a problem! Borrowed a charger & also had a corkscrew to hand both times I asked! Hot chocolates & coffee on tap at 75 cent a pop in machine! Directions & information on things to do where no hassle! Highly recommend.

I was there for a week and I liked it. It was a charming room with a big bed where an air conditioner was a great thing in the heat and the Wi-Fi worked fine. Every day there were new towels and the room was cleaned every day. There are a few bakeries with excellent pizzas next to the place and a good supermarket.

A normal hotel for such a price. Nearby free parking. Breakfasts.

Great hotel though three stars, the internet just flies. There are breakfasts here, but they're very light.

Great service and price. Great for solo traveler. Located north of the center of the city in a quiet neighborhood. Has access transportation. Restaurants near by.

Perfect hospitality, nice and clean! There is no wheelchair users adapted bathroom, but staff giving theirs best to help. That would be a nice change. Think of adding refrigerator in rooms.

A good hotel for a city break over the weekend.
The rooms are clean and clearly equipped. Unfortunately, no foreign-language television programs, but who wants to watch TV in Milan
The reception is available for 24hours and very friendly staff is also available on site.
The tram and bus are right on your doorstep, so you get away from the hotel day and night and back again. Public transport in Milan is super cheap and runs almost 24h.

Horrible! Attracted by the photos depicting new, colourful and bright rooms, I booked this hotel. I found myself in a building that smelled of dirt and stale smoke with a very long and gloomy corridor. Entrance into the room (which you see in the pictures) I kept hearing a nauseating smell of smoke. The décor… Chilling: Years 70, busted and scorning. The awkward floor, the blankets of a blue/gray that I confess to have looked closely to see if it was their color or dirt (it was the color-what must be said, it must be said: The sheets were clean). The bathroom, worthy of a hospital of 40 years ago, was apparently clean, but hovered in the air a smell of pee mixed disinfectant (for the record, I did not shower, I preferred to wash in pieces). There is no minibar, but a wonderful neon above the bed that gives a magical atmosphere from the waiting room… Besides, even the rickety mattress does not help to relax.
All this for a very modest figure (56 €/night) to which however must be added 6 €/person for breakfast + €10 parking + 4 €/person of residence taxes… In short, in two people next time, with those €30 more, we go to another part that maybe we get, certainly not luxury, but at the very least does not suck.

The tram just in front of the hotel makes noise. If it bothers you, you have to keep this in mind. But it doesn't bother me, so 5 stars!
But the rooms are nice, the prices cheap, the tram very convenient (it's a no-cheap link! ) and the breakfast is good. Top tier staff, reception h24.

When a hotel offers air conditioning between the services, the customer also pays for that, so I find it unacceptable that it is not given the opportunity to turn it to your liking but that is at the discretion of the management!
Windows closed for the unsustainable outside noises both day and night and air conditioning off to save… And the client of Arrangia!
The next step will be the hot water at established times?!

Cleanliness of the room impeccable. Too bad that the room has only one window and not in the bathroom. Also unfortunately the walls are paper thin, so you can hear every movement outside the room.

Fine hotel, rooms are decent and clean. You get what you pay for.

A normal place to stay overnight in a sleeping area. The centre is 25 minutes away by tram. The breakfast buffet was very good. Do not forget that in Milan there is an additional city tax on accommodation-€4 per day per person.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location price and comfort. Near restaurant Metro Supermarket.

We booked 3 bed room. It was quite nice.

I stayed with my husband and my son tonight I had a great time, I found availability and kindness not to mention the cleanliness of the first level and breakfast this morning plentiful and tasty. If I go back to Milan I will be happy to stay there again. Thanks to the staff and see you soon. (I want to point out they are from Caserta).

It's not excellent, but it's fine. I was there on a trip, one point in favor is the Wi-Fi.

Kindness and cleanliness are master in this Hotel. Private indoor parking breakfast well supplied not international well served for the center of Milan with tramway N4 leading to the Metro Yellow line.

All in all pretty good: staff always dordial and helpful, minimal rooms but adequate for size and endowment. Good cleaning too. Only neo, if we mean, the scarcity in the choice of foods at breakfast: almost nothing the presence of salty food.

Good value for money and tram nearby to get to the center. Soundproofing of the rooms could be better. Efficient staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located 7, 4 km from the centre, so about 20 minutes by car. The 6 €/p. P. Breakfast did not like the whole family, no sausage, no cheese, no eggs or the same, just bread, maybe we are spoiled, right?. Sweet baked goods in overcrowds, so things that have lost nothing on the breakfast table or are only small.
Then still windows defective (tram in front of the house and a large hospital is no 500 m away so tatütata all night). Heating defective. Air conditioning defective and we slept 2 days in the cold. The staff was nice and also right there, but nothing was done. A mobile e-radiator would suffice but there was nothing like it, only empty promises. Only Italian is on TV. Prices very high, e. G. €10 plus parking (in front of the house are available in Overcrowds and free of charge). €10 Excl. For our 2, 5 kg dog.
Pity too bad because the hotel is actually pretty yet recommend it we will not and now we go away. Home Sweet Home I com…

Triple room well equipped, with space and a well made shower,. Work plans to write or drop off his stuff. Only downside: the insulation of the doors. Lack of joints Some windows also ^)

Great hotel enjoyed my stay food was ok but local restraints are great a bit out of Milan but ok on a budget.

It is very loud and clear outside the core of the city, you have to take half an hour's drive. It's clean.

Comfortable and cozy Hotel, located on the outskirts of Milan, with parking and many rooms available. Friendly staff and proper hygiene. Comfortable Wi-Fi and parking for the car (unfortunately for a fee). Prices not contained, but even exaggerated. I recommend it!

Clean, big, modern and simple rooms. Staff is friendly. Free Wi-Fi and parking in the yard for a fee. Overall a very good value for money. Restaurant, bar and cafe are in the immediate vicinity. Gladly again.

Great cleaning service, 24h reception available which was great for us as we arrived at 3am. Good service. The only thing that bothers us is that the pillows are hard and uncomfortable.

Quiet, well connected, train and bus, far from the centre. But acceptable. Clean and nearby places to eat.

Convenient hotel near a tram 20 minutes from the center but the area is a bit shabby, some rooms are old to the point of having a super noisy ventilation. If you forget the cockroach found in the bathroom, my room was clean. The breakfast is not very famous either. The only iron of the hotel at the disposal of the guests is in the laundry of the staff to which you have to ask the keys to access. It remains to deplore the staff that we really feel to disturb every request. These have no sense of customer relationship. I have never been so badly greeted in a hotel.

We were with the class to the final trip here! At first glance the hotel looks very good, but we got the rooms in the neighbouring house! which were similar to a hostel and quite expensive. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, just to sleep there it was OK.

Quiet Hotel at good prices.

20 min from the Centre by tram (€9 the 2-day voucher), good deal, rooms and bathroom in good condition, including towels, shampoo and breakfast. Recommended to spend a few days in Milan.

Clean and spacious rooms, really friendly staff. Well provided by tram and bus, in about forty minutes you will arrive at the Duomo. Only flaw, breakfast not very provided and walls of the rooms not thick, you could hear other people talking (in my case they were also screaming at 2am). Great prices for Milan, would stay here again.

Although it is not located in the center, it has the tram at the door, which is quite comfortable. Spacious and clean room, the bathroom quite complete. Breakfast has the basics, coffee, juice, some bun… Not bad.

A bit out of the center but very well equipped, clean and with good treatment of the staff. Tram line 4 will leave you downtown in 20-30 minutes.

Good room and service. Breakfast is ok but it's a little far from the downtown, although this is not a problem with bus and train stations very close.

Very nice, and colorful hotel. There is not huge extras but everything was good, and the staff was very helpful.

A pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Milan. The rooms are clean and well looked after. As a budget hotel you don't receive water in the room, but there are vending machines on each floor to purchase a bottle for 80 cents. Check in was swift and the staff had a very good level of English. The hotel is split into different buildings and I was in the main one. It only has two floors and my room was on the second floor. I thought there was a lot of hall noise one night of my stay, but otherwise it was ok.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, the rooms are minimal in clean compensation.
The main problem is the walls so thin that you can breathe the people in the communicating rooms, in fact on three nights I did not sleep two nights for the noise, high volume television and those who have more it warned several times the reception of the problem, but not resolved.
Ps The third night I slept for fatigue not because they stopped screaming etc. A positive note of the hotel is easy to get around by public transport.

Comfortable and modern, small but clean and pretty rooms. The parking lot is not for free use, as you need to pay 10€ daily.

I had a good stay at Hotel Ornato. Room was well-cleaned, staff were helpful, and Wi-Fi service was good. I usually come back late at night from the city, so I was dissapointed that the vending machines were turned off for use after 11PM. The location is good. Tram 4 takes you directly to the city centre or you can get off at Maciachini station and take the metro to get to major attractions like Duomo quickly. There are also two japanese restaurants near the hotel. I tried one and it was very good.

Normal, just to get to sleep. The employees are very friendly. The tram line is right outside the hotel.

Despite the corner not necessarily attractive at first glance, this stay at the hotel Ornato has been a success. Staff is extremely friendly, able to speak several languages without problem and very knowledgeable about the city.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A Word also on the breakfast, very correct and really affordable.
Only downside: it was very cold, but this was due to a concern for aeration.

Two days, for intervention at Galeazzi hospital, excellent hotel, quiet, clean, excellent transport, (15 min. To the central station), cheap and not far from the Centre, staff extremely polite, really recommended.

The renovated rooms are good. Very clean. Too bad the loud noise coming from the street.

Excellent value for money, clean, quiet and attentive round-the-clock service. To the center of the far, but next direct tram. Excellent parking. Cons-breakfasts.

I don't understand all this negativity toward Hotel Ornato. Sure it's a bit far from the city center but it's just a single tram ride for under half an hour and BAM you're there. Aside from location this hotel is top class and will exceed your expectations in every way possible-friendly staff, clean spacious and well-designed rooms, free internet connection, reasonable price (around 45€/person/night) etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to visit milano and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, nice staff and good breakfast. A little cold in the room and no refrigerator as in other hotels. The hair dryer is not very good for long hair :) but the hotel is great comparing the price and the area. You are near University Bicocca and if you take tram linea 4, you arrive at Piazza Castello. So, I recommend the hotel. People at the reception are very nice.

Rooms back in the most negative sense of the word. Hairs on the pillow and bedspread. The staff is friendly and helpful but objectively the B block where we lived is poor. The classification so high by 3 stars I don't know where to leave.

Well, it´s difficult to juge because the star system is not´ the same in Italy and in the others country, i'm french and in France, this is a one star-hotel!

Perfect for a quick stay — dont expect the hilton as part of this seem to be converted from a prison or barracks, but beds/rooms are clean, staff are friendly and tram stops right outside. Bar and restaurant just next door will setup you up for some decent beer and food too.

Normal hotel for overnight stay!

We thought we were in a prison… : no heating — lukewarm water — no comfort — cramped rooms — dubious stains on bedding — obsolete furniture — very succinct breakfast — the 3 stars are really undeserved…
