B&B La Terrazza

I’ve been staying in this hotel for the first and last time. I understand that this is considered to be cheaper hotel, but my experience was terrible. My stay in the cheapest hotel in the Philippines was wonderful comparing to this hotel. I was greeted by a rude, arrogant and disrespectful receptionist. I made special request to be able to check in sooner than is usual and the hotel confirmed it. After arriving I was told that it’s my own problem and I had to wait 6 hours to check in. I was even yelled at and the whole time they didn’t even let me finish what I was saying. Their English wasn’t really good, so mostly they spoke Italian, even though I repeated multiple times I don’t understand.
As for the room I don’t even know where to start, there was mold in the shower and the smell was disgusting. The drain was clogged and dirty. Bed seemed to be “clean” but there were holes in the blanket. Not even mentioning dusty floor. I honestly want to meet the people who put positive review. If you want to stay in Brescia choose better option, that’s my advice.

We chose this hotel mainly because it confirmed an early check-in at 7:00 via Booking. Com, which was crucial for our trip. Upon arrival, however, we discovered that there was no reception. After calling, we were redirected to the nearby Hotel Cristal (about 150 m away), where check-in is handled and breakfast is served.
At the reception, we were received by extremely unhelpful staff who did not speak English. The receptionist was not only arrogant but also aggressive, raising his voice at us instead of providing assistance. When we asked why we couldn’t check in earlier, we were told that “this is how it works in Italy” and that it was our problem. Booking. Com managed to arrange a room from 12:00, but the main issue remained unresolved the hotel had confirmed check-in at 7:00, which was the only reason we booked it.
The room itself was also disappointing:
• bathroom dirty and dusty, with mold and a clogged shower drain,
• torn bedsheet,
• dusty glasses in the bathroom.
Breakfast was very poor and absolutely not worth the price.
Summary: The hotel does not honor confirmed conditions, the rooms are not clean, and the staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and at times aggressive. If you want to enjoy a stress-free stay without worrying about hygiene or unpleasant treatment, I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel, even if it costs more.

It is cheap and the staff was very friendly and that's the only good thing.
I can hardly describe how strange this hotel is. It's like a women for sale-night club met the Ritz and made a dirty baby. Its insanely warm inside, way way way too much (I'm writing this review while it's still cold outside) we slept with the balcony door open and even then it was too hot. The bathroom needs decalcifying on every tab and the showerhead. And in general, it may need a full renovation. The bed… well sometimes you just have gotta close your eyes and be tired enough to sleep on a matras even Satan himself couldn't bare the smell off. The check-in is NUTS you have to walk to another building without elevator, and drag your stuff up to check-in to get a blinking code to go to another building with. And last but certainly not least: the bedroom door automatically locks with a lock that's difficult to open making it 1000% unsafe in case of a fire. Btw the bathroom door doesn't lock. Idk… if you need a cheap sleep close to the station, you'll live… but don't ruin your Holliday with this crathole.
