We took a school trip of 60 pupils skiing in Borneo and can’t recommend Hotel Derby enough. The staff are wonderful and friendly, the food delicious and plentiful and the pool and spa area are superb after a long day of skiing.
Rooms were cleaned every day and any issues were dealt with quickly and with no fuss.
Massimo was a legend and couldn’t do enough for us and our students. Thank you!
Truly wonderful week at Derby! The nicest most attentive staff cared for our group through day from the moment we woke until we slept. What a charming and wonderful family. The food was sumptuous — breakfast copious the evening meals ginormous! The staff so impeccable dressed and always there. My bedroom was spacious with fantastic shower. Everything was cleaned daily too. Thank you so much for making all the French team from transplant games feel so special. You were wonderful. This could so easily be 4 star. Location is fantastic too. I hope to come back in my own at some point and won’t hesitate to say with you.

Room was great with a brilliant view, slept well every night. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Staff were all fine whenever I spoke to them. We were worried after reading last few reviews but we saw none of the problems mentioned. We had a fantastic trip.
