Location on a roundabout of a highway, super noisy, non-existent air conditioning, double bed composed of two poorly matched beds, normal breakfast. Surely you don't expect a 4 star.

Perfect room for anyone! Very clean, very comfortable, very spacious room and bathroom! We love the room and the entire feel of it! Neighborhood is very quiet, safe and peaceful. Love this hotel! It is within a few minutes walk to Aldi supermarket! The paid shuttle car service by the Italian driver is amazing! You need to make an advance arrangement! Taxi will take you thru a longer route and charge you much higher! That happened to us and we had to pay 22.50 euro which is not worth it. The meter jumps faster than your heartbeat!

Excellent reception as well as great locals starting from the room to the breakfast room. Elegant, clean, tidy and prestigious environment. Beautiful garden. Not the least varied and rich breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff. Tip: Tv with greater size with opening channels also in DT, external shelter for smokers with maybe some benches given the great availability of space.

The rooms are essential while remaining not too obsolete. There is good service and the breakfast offers a wide choice between different foods. Wireless connectivity is also good and the hotel's location makes it an excellent choice for business trips.

It is a beautiful hotel with great value for money. Only problem: It is not well connected with public transport either in Bergamo or at the airport of Orio.

I really enjoyed this hotel for the convenient location, the good breakfast, really tasty vegan lunches and dinners but the praise the cheque to all the staff always courteous, punctual and smiling. Good keep it up.

Very functional hotel, I was pleasantly impressed by the richness of the "disposable" bathroom kit, with a lot of slippers. The hotel is in a great location both for its proximity to the airport and to the area however rather calm, which still allows you to reach in a quarter of an hour about the city of Bergamo. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Elegant structure with a beautiful park, the rooms are clean with everything needed, the breakfast plentiful with a wide choice between sweet and salty, the staff was helpful and smiling… the location of the hotel allows to quickly reach the airport of Orio al Serio, Bergamo, and various shopping malls like Orio center, the two towers. …

Very nice hotel and nice aesthetically and at the level of services offered. We chose it for the wedding night!

I spent just one night, with a colleague, in our trip to Bergamo international airport. Room was clean, bathroom was new… Maybe the TV was a little bit smaller than other hotels I have gone lately. We had some beers at the dinning room, the waiter was nice and helpful. No problem to go back again.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. Premium TV and movies and Wi-Fi free at last (first was paying). Cons: no kitchen and breakfast quite poor.
